Saloon casino: games of chance with sheriff croupiers
Imagen
Games of chance are the main attraction of the Far West event. The invitation is already part of the game: guests receive personalised fake dollars printed with the event details, and they use them to bet at every table in the saloon.
Each table has its own croupier dressed as a sheriff, who explains the rules and keeps the game going for 3 hours. Real money is never used: at the end, whoever has the most dollars wins the prize.
- Texas Hold'em poker and Blackjack with saloon-style cloth.
- American roulette, craps table and horse race table.
- Saloon Wheel of Fortune, run by a can-can hostess.
- Wild West banknotes in batches of 5,000 or 10,000, with vintage suitcases to hand them out.
Team building option: a 30-minute poker workshop before dinner and a tournament afterwards.

Space, set-up and staff for the Far West event
The event works indoors and outdoors. What most affects the space is the mechanical bull: it needs an area about 5 m in diameter, firm ground, 2 standard sockets nearby and access without stairs or narrow passages (it does not fit in lifts; only in goods lifts of at least 100 × 100 cm).
- Set-up: 2 to 4 hours depending on the amount of décor; very early set-ups or very late breakdowns are quoted separately.
- Staff: one sheriff croupier per table (3 hours), a bull operator, hosts at the games and, if booked, can-can hostesses for the welcome, photos and prizes.
- Access: we need to know about stairs, goods lifts and loading times.
Around 80% of our events take place outside Barcelona: Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza or Vigo.
Wild West party for family days, country estates and incentive groups
Yeehaw at your event
A Wild West party for a family day works because every generation finds its place: kids spend the afternoon at the fairground stalls, adults challenge each other in the saloon and everyone ends up watching who lasts longest on the bull. Set up at a country estate or outdoor venue, the cowboy theme feels made to measure.
For international incentive groups, the Wild West is a world everyone recognises, ideal when there is no common language. A country party for companies also works as a summer or end-of-season celebration, with country music and prizes. And if your event is in Madrid or any other city, we bring the Western town wherever you are, adapting it to the venue.
- Company family days with stalls for children, a saloon for adults and a mechanical bull for everyone.
- Country estate parties outdoors, with saloon décor in the open air and plenty of room for the rodeo.
- International incentive groups, thanks to a theme that works without needing a shared language.
- Summer country parties with a saloon casino, Western games and prize-giving at the end.
