Fairground street: stalls, tents and games for the Circus event
The heart of the Circus themed event is a fairground street set up inside the venue itself. Each stall or tent has a game of your choice and a host who runs it.
- Circus stalls: we have 9 units, which can be branded with the client's image.
- Fair tents of 346 × 300 × 300 cm, also with a game included.
- Fair mini games (190 × 70 cm): ducks, cans, frogs, balloons or archery; they can be booked without a stall.
- Attractions: high striker, funhouse mirrors (158 × 68 cm), giant buzz wire, double basketball, boxing machine and dunk tank.
Competition format: guests split into teams, each with a leader. At every station the host explains the game in 5 minutes and stamps the team card: one point for taking part and another for winning. At the end the points are counted and the winning team is crowned.

The performers wander through the fairground among the guests and, after the prize-giving, the event can close with a show for the whole audience.
- Themed entertainers: harlequin, ringmaster, mime, lion tamer or strongman, for 3 hours.
- Circus stilt walkers: 3 sets of 20 minutes, with juggling and audience interaction.
- Professional jugglers and crystal ball contact juggling.
- Fire show: about 18 minutes split into 3 sets of 6 minutes.
- Fakir: 18 minutes in 3 sets or in one continuous set.
- Clowns, magicians and a fortune teller, the latter with table, chairs and décor included.
For family audiences we add glitter face painting and a circus workshop; if the venue has a safe rigging point, aerial silks as well.
Décor and photocall for the Circus themed event
The palette is red, white and gold, with warm light and colourful bunting. We decorate by zones, depending on the venue and budget:
- Entrance: ticket booth, 170 cm tall circus signs and customisable direction arrows.
- Giant illuminated CIRCUS letters, about 120 × 600 cm in total.
- Atmosphere: 100 metres of garlands, balloons with and without helium, decorative barrels and straw bales with pallet tables and straw sofas.
- CIRCUS photocall of 220 × 320 cm or in booth format (220 × 200 × 180 cm), with straw and props.
- 360 or mirror photo booth with the client's logo, and the Zoltar machine, which hands out customisable fortune messages.

More products to complete the Circus event
Fair carts with a server included for popcorn, candy floss, hot dogs or ice cream, which can be added to the same quote.
Circus themed event dress code
The dress code is optional, but it helps guests get into the atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Just mention it in the invitation, which can be designed as a vintage circus ticket:
- Classic circus inspiration: top hats, bow ties, long gloves, ringmaster jackets and stripes.
- Bright colours: red, white and gold, colourful scarves and outrageous wigs.
The photocall has clown noses, top hats and juggling balls for anyone who arrives without a costume.
Catering and fair carts for the Circus event
The catering follows the fairground spirit, served standing with stations spread around the venue. Every cart comes with a server for the booked time and needs a standard socket nearby.
- Sweet: popcorn, candy floss, toffee apples, waffles, chocolate fountain, candy bar and ice cream (about 50 per hour).
- Savoury: hot dogs, chips, nachos with cheese, pizzas or mini burgers (about 100 portions per hour).
- Drinks: a decorated beer bar or a bar with alcohol options for company events.
The popcorn and candy floss machines can sit on a fair stall, and the packaging is branded if the event is a brand activation.
How to adapt the Circus event to each client
- Family day: fairground street, glitter face painting, circus workshop, jugglers and sweet carts.
- Company or Christmas dinner: standing dinner with catering stations, two short performer sets between courses and a games area open all night.
- Team building: team competition with a points card, prize-giving and a closing show.
- Product launch or brand activation: stalls, mirrors, photocall and carts with the logo, plus a product area next to the attractions.
- Wedding or birthday: smaller format with photocall, stilt walkers, fortune teller and a candy floss cart.
Space, set-up and staff for the Circus event
The event works indoors and outdoors: halls, warehouses, marquees, gardens or open grounds. Outdoors it is wise to plan a backup marquee in case the weather changes.
- Space per attraction: high striker, table football or darts need about 2 × 2 m of clear space and a socket; the ball pit or claw machine, about 3 × 3 m.
- Access: the professional basketball game, mechanical bull or surf simulator do not fit in lifts or go up stairs; we need to know if there is a goods lift.
- Set-up: 2 to 4 hours depending on the amount of décor; for large formats, the day before.
- Staff: one host per game station, a server at each cart and, if booked, themed hostesses who welcome guests and guide the flow.

Circus fair for town councils, shopping centres and communions
For all audiences
As well as the circus party for companies, this format shines in spaces open to the public. A circus fair for town councils and local festivals fills a square with stalls, artists and laughter, and works as well with families as with residents of all ages. A fairground street where nobody just watches.
In a shopping centre, stalls and stilt walkers draw visitors all weekend and keep them there longer. For family celebrations, a circus themed party for first communions and children's birthdays delights the little ones without boring the grown-ups. And if you want something more elegant, a vintage circus gala in red and gold turns the company dinner into a night in the big top. We bring it to Madrid, Valencia and all of Spain.
- Local festivals: a fairground street with games and artists that livens up the square all day.
- Shopping centres: prize stalls and circus entertainers to boost seasonal campaigns.
- Communions and birthdays: a smaller format with mini games, face painting and a candyfloss cart.
- Vintage circus galas: red and gold decoration, standing dinner and artist sets between courses.
