What the casino themed party is
The casino themed party combines several elements to build a fantasy casino night: casino table hire, cocktail-style food with Las Vegas centrepieces, 1920s or Gatsby music, themed invitations and full décor.
Casino table hire for events recreates a genuine gaming night with real furniture, themed croupiers, décor and entertainment, in pure Las Vegas or Gatsby style.

- French Roulette table

Casino table specifications
- Largest table: French Roulette, 100 x 240 x 125 cm (Height x Width x Depth).
- Medium Wheel of Fortune: 110 cm diameter, 250 cm high.
- Giant Wheel of Fortune: 220 cm diameter, 300 cm high.
- Power: the tables don't need any, except the Wheel of Fortune or optional LED décor.
- Material: oak with black baize.
- Colour: burgundy, except the Giant Wheel of Fortune, in gold.
It's worth checking each table's dimensions before transport: some, such as the craps table or the French roulette, won't work in narrow spaces or venues with lots of stairs.
Horse racing table
- Large horse table: 75 x 400 x 150 cm (Height x Width x Depth).
- Small horse table: 75 x 200 x 150 cm (Height x Width x Depth).
- Wheel: 180 cm diameter.
- Length per race: 5 minutes.
It's one of the tables with the best group atmosphere: guests back their horse and follow the race together.
Why hire casino tables?
Casino table hire is the centrepiece of the party: we have several units of each game, each with its own themed croupier in waistcoat and casino uniform.
- Entertainment and décor at once: the tables are the activity and they dress the room.
- No need to know how to play: the croupier explains the simplified rules in seconds.
- Everyone joins in: the play money lets guests gamble without real stakes and compete for the final prize.
- The right moment: the tables usually open after dinner and, at weddings, after the couple's first dance.
How many casino tables you need
The number of tables depends on three things: the space available, the number of guests and the budget. Around 20% of guests don't play straight away — they're usually at the photocall. On average, about 10 guests play at a time per table, and we recommend at least 3 tables to make it feel like a real casino.
- 15 guests: 3 tables — French Roulette, Blackjack and the medium Wheel of Fortune.
- 30 guests: 4 tables — French Roulette, 2 Blackjack and the medium Wheel of Fortune.
- 50 guests: 5 tables — French Roulette, Craps, 2 Blackjack and the Giant Wheel.
- 100 guests: 8 tables — 2 French Roulettes and a Craps table for visual impact, 2 Blackjack tables that complement that effect, 1 Giant Wheel for how easy it is to play, and 2 Poker tables, since in a large crowd there are always people who know the game and would rather sit down to play.
- 300 guests: 12 tables — 2 French Roulette, Craps, 3 Blackjack, 2 Wheel of Fortune and 4 Poker.
The rules at the casino tables
Guests don't need to know real casino rules. Every table has simplified rules the croupier explains in around 10 seconds per guest.
The Poker, French Roulette and Blackjack tables keep their original rules, since most people know them. For the Giant Wheel and the Craps table we've written very intuitive rules, easy to follow with no briefing at all.
How long each game lasts
Games at the tables are fairly quick, 1 to 7 minutes on average, except poker: anyone who sits down at the poker table intends to stay a while.
- French Roulette: 1-2 minutes.
- Blackjack: 3-5 minutes.
- Craps table: 1-2 minutes.
- Horse racing: 5 minutes.
- Poker: longer, players tend to settle in.
What the croupier does
The croupier — also called the dealer — runs the table: deals cards, hands out dice, pays the winners and works out the odds.
Our croupiers know both the real rules and the mobile casino's simplified ones, and their main job is to be friendly and approachable so guests enjoy themselves. They aren't professional casino croupiers but themed actors and entertainers.
Languages: the staff speak Spanish as a minimum, and some speak other languages. Having croupiers who speak another language is no problem, but we need enough notice to select the right team for the event.
Staff needed for the casino party
We recommend one croupier per table booked. Hosts aren't essential, but they're very useful for getting guests involved and supporting several jobs:
- Welcoming guests with glasses of champagne.
- Handing out play money and raffle tickets.
- Keeping the tables lively.
- Posing for photos at the photocall.
- Counting the winnings and handing out the final prizes.
Welcoming guests to the casino party
Living Red Carpet: a performer dressed in red on a podium, wearing a gown that forms a 10-metre carpet. Guests walk along it to collect a glass of champagne; we recommend a waiter on hand with cava, as the performer can't leave the podium.
Casino themed photocall: croupiers, performers and themed hosts greet guests for photos.
Casino party décor
We handle the full décor of the space so guests feel they're playing in a real casino:
- An illuminated "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign at the entrance
- A black and white balloon arch
- Black and white or Gatsby-style table linen
- Themed centrepieces: giant dice, feathers, play money
- Giant playing cards branded with the company logo
- Casino-style card columns with suit symbols
- A themed doorway with black drapes and vintage spotlights
Food and shows during the casino party
The casino themed party is an elegant night, with either a standing dinner — while guests play at the tables — or a seated one, with starter, main and dessert. Either way, the dishes should be well designed and beautifully presented.
Themed centrepieces work very well on the tables, with giant dice and large feathers. And between courses is a good moment for shows that fit the theme: cabaret inspired by Cabaret, Chicago or Ocean's Eleven, or live Charleston and 1920s music.
Prize-giving at the casino party
At the end of the party the themed hosts count each guest's winnings to decide a top 5.
Secondary prizes can also be drawn using a giant lottery drum: raffle tickets are handed to every guest on arrival.
What events the casino party is ideal for
Casino table hire is ideal for many kinds of celebration:
- 1920s, Gatsby or Welcome to Las Vegas themed parties
- James Bond 007, speakeasy or Chicago themed parties
- Burlesque, Cabaret or Wild West themed parties
- Weddings and family celebrations
- Quinceañeras and company anniversaries
- Themed birthdays for adults
Casino for company Christmas parties, charity galas and incentives
Place your bets
Setting up a casino for the company Christmas party solves the after-dinner slump: instead of people drifting off, the tables keep everyone together, playing and laughing. Departments that rarely cross paths end up sharing a roulette wheel. Friendly competition for the final prize does the rest.
At a charity gala, the casino becomes a fun way to raise funds using play money. At conventions and incentive trips, casino tables for companies round off the day with a big-night atmosphere. And at trade fairs, a blackjack table on the stand draws visitors and extends conversations. For a New Year's Eve casino party, ask for a quote with your guest numbers and date.
- Christmas parties: a casino after dessert so staff mingle and compete for the final prize.
- Charity galas: gaming tables as a fundraising activity with a different twist.
- Conventions and incentives: a casino night to round off incentive trips, kick-offs and sales meetings.
- Fairs and stands: a blackjack or roulette table that draws visitors and generates business leads.

Customising the casino: tables, notes and invitations
Casino tables customised for companies go beyond the felt. We prepare custom play money for chips and notes, and at the start each guest receives a themed invitation with the company logo, or the couple's photo, in the centre. If you'd rather skip that cost, we provide generic notes free; either way they're a souvenir and decide the winner.
Felts, skirts and signage are printed on fabric, vinyl or PVC, and croupiers can wear your colours. You send logos or photos, or we prepare the designs in a couple of days; trusted suppliers print and our team fits it.
Everything travels in plastic film. A complete casino theme party with custom money.
Casino table hire price
At United Events there is no flat fee for the casino tables; the number of tables, the level of decoration, the personalisation and how many guests there are all count. Get your personalised quote: it commits you to nothing.
Set-up and hire across Spain
Set-up time depends on the number of tables and how much décor is booked. As a guide, it takes around 15 minutes per table once the equipment is at the set-up point — not counting unloading from the lorry, which usually takes longest. Décor set-up ranges from half an hour to a full day, depending on the scale.
Casino table hire is available anywhere in the country, including Barcelona, Madrid and any city on the mainland.

We've launched mesasdecasinoparaeventos.com, dedicated to this alone. How many Casino Tables do I need for my event?
We recommend a minimum of 3 tables to give a real casino feel. On average about 10 guests play at once per table. As a guide, for 50 guests we recommend 5 tables and for 100 guests, 8 tables. It depends on the available space and the number of guests.

What space and electricity do the Casino Tables need?
The Casino Tables do not need electricity, except for the Wheel of Fortune or the optional LED lighting decoration. The largest table is the French Roulette: 100 x 240 x 125 cm (height x width x depth). Some tables, such as the dice table or French roulette, do not fit in narrow spaces or venues with many stairs.
Can the Casino Tables be customised with my brand?
Yes, branding and personalised play money are available for the Casino Tables. This lets you bring your brand or event theme to the tables and the notes guests play with. Let us know in the form on the product page when you request a quote.
