Built for your workforce
Activities are chosen for what fits your people rather than what looks most impressive. We personalise team names, prizes and content so it means something internally.
Corporate Events
Internal events are those a company organises only for its own staff, with no clients or outside public, to celebrate achievements, strengthen its culture or bring the team together.
Internal employee events: team celebrations, company anniversaries and days that are neither training nor a party.
We run internal events for workforces: team celebrations, company anniversaries, onboarding days and internal culture activities, with formats that work without external guests or commercial pressure.
An internal event has no clients, no press and no sponsors. That makes it freer and, paradoxically, harder: without a clear external objective, organisations tend to copy other event formats and end up building a lesser convention or a watered-down party. What people expect from an internal event is different: a sense that the company thought about them specifically.
That shows in small, cheap details. An activity connected to what the workforce actually does, or to an internal joke. Prizes that mean something inside the company rather than generic gift cards. A schedule that respects people's lives and does not force them to stay until nine on a Thursday. None of it appears on a quote and all of it decides how the event is remembered.
On format, internal events allow enormous variety because nobody has to be impressed. Participative activities work, informal food celebrations work, internal tournaments running over several weeks work, workshops teaching something unrelated to work work. And anything leaving a physical trace in the office works especially well: a mural, a large group photo, a trophy that stays at reception.
We work with companies of every size, in their own offices or in rented spaces. We provide equipment, staff and the proposal, and fit the format to the real budget, which for internal events is usually tighter than for client-facing ones.

Much of the catalogue works in meeting rooms, canteens, car parks or company terraces, without renting an external venue.
A mural, a trophy, a large photo or a video of the day. That is what keeps the event present weeks later rather than ending that afternoon.
What you are celebrating or what you want to achieve, how many of you there are and where it would happen.
Activity, duration, staffing and a closed price, fitted to the budget you actually have.
If it is on your premises we check access, floor area and power. If it is elsewhere, we help choose the venue.
Build outside working hours if needed, activity with our own staff, and clearing away at the end.
At internal events there is one thing people always comment on and that never appears on a quote: whether management took part. An event where the leadership stands to one side watching the clock communicates exactly the opposite of what was intended. One where they take part, compete and lose like everyone else changes the perception entirely.
It is not something we can supply, but we do take it into account when proposing. We choose activities where a managing director can take part without looking ridiculous and without anyone feeling awkward competing against them, which is a more delicate balance than it sounds and which decides much of the result.
Yes, it is the most common setting for internal events. We need access dimensions, whether there is a goods lift and where we can plug in. We select equipment that fits without complications.
Less than people assume. Many internal formats are solved with one activity and a food cart, with no stage and no production. Tell us the figure you have and we will propose within it, not above it.
Yes, and it usually works better. Internal events outside working hours feel like an extra obligation; inside the working day they feel like a gift of time, a detail workforces value considerably.
Yes, and it is what shows most. Team names, challenges with internal references, prizes with their own meaning. We just need you to tell us a bit about how the place works so we get the tone right.
Yes. Tournaments running for weeks, monthly activities or annual programmes. For that format we prepare a calendar with a closed price per session, which prices better than booking each time separately.
