The impact hits as soon as the door opens. The Las Vegas themed entrance (300 × 200 cm) and the Welcome to Las Vegas sign (120 × 150 cm) lead onto a red carpet where two showgirls or an Elvis greet guests and hand out their banknotes.
Inside, the room is decorated with points of light:
- Giant VEGAS letters 100 cm high and a 150 cm illuminated Eiffel Tower.

Quick table count: at any given moment roughly half the room is playing, and each table seats 7 to 10 players. Divide your guests by 2 and the result by 7-10. Example: 120 guests means 60 players, that is, 6 to 8 tables. Below 3 tables the casino falls short, even for a small group.

With themed banknotes, customised or carrying our logo at no cost. Chips can be hired separately (about 250 per table), and even then we add banknotes because they are easier to carry.
Does it work with a small group?
Yes. With 3 tables the casino already has atmosphere, and it can be rounded off with décor and a show.
Do the staff speak English?
Mainly Spanish; for international events we quote English-speaking croupiers and hostesses, or other languages.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend at least 3-4 weeks, and more in May-July and at Christmas, when croupiers and performers are less available.

Professional croupiers and performers for a Las Vegas themed party are scarce in peak season (May to July and around Christmas), so the best approach is to book 3-4 weeks ahead at the very least. The earlier you fix the date, the more room we have to customise the set-up.
Cancelling: the quote lists the conditions in writing, and they vary with how much time is left before the confirmed date. If your event might move day or change headcount, tell our team before giving the go-ahead.
