Levels the hierarchy
In a regatta or on a circuit, rank does not count. Someone who does not stand out in the office can stand out here, and that changes team relationships for a good while.
Corporate Team Building
Sports team building uses physical activities and adapted sports, on land or on water, so that the team works together, coordinates and shares effort away from the office.
Regattas, karting, kayaking and physical olympics for teams who would rather sweat than sit in a circle.
We run sports team building in teams: sailing regattas, karting grand prix, kayaking, paddle surf, physical olympics and outdoor circuits, with qualified instructors and all equipment included.
There is a reason sport works so well in a corporate context: in a regatta or a race, job title counts for nothing. Someone who has managed for twenty years may be the worst rower, and the intern may post the best time. That inversion of hierarchy, which no meeting-room exercise achieves in two hours, is exactly what leaves a different relationship afterwards.
That said, sport carries one condition that cannot be ignored: some people cannot or will not take part. A badly designed sports activity excludes anyone with an injury, anyone unfit, or anyone who simply does not feel like it, and that person spends the afternoon watching. So we always design with genuine alternative roles: timing, directing strategy, documenting, refereeing. Taking part without competing has to be a dignified option, not a consolation prize.
We work with disciplines that are learned quickly and need no prior experience. Sailing in regatta format with a skipper aboard, kayaking and paddle surf in calm water, karting on a closed circuit, olympics with varied challenges. All with qualified instructors, certified equipment and discipline-specific insurance, which in sport is something that does not allow improvisation.
The setting is part of the appeal. Beach, reservoir, mountain or circuit: leaving the city already changes the day's register before anything starts. We coordinate the location, the permits where required, and the alternative plan if the weather forces a change.

Timing, directing strategy, documenting or refereeing. Nobody should spend the afternoon watching because of an injury or fitness.
Certified equipment, instructors qualified in the discipline and specific insurance. In sports activities, safety does not allow improvisation.
Based on the group's physical profile, the time available and how far you are willing to travel.
Team formation, briefing, competition, rest periods and final classification, with realistic timings.
Venue booking, permits where needed, insurance and a weather alternative.
Qualified instructors at every point, safety supervision and a close with results and prizes.
Most problems in sports team building come from choosing an activity too demanding for the actual group. A long kayak crossing with an office-profile workforce ends with half the group exhausted within an hour, and from there the activity stops being fun. We would rather fall short on physical demand and long on competition: that is where the genuine enjoyment is.
So we always ask about the group's real profile before recommending, including approximate ages and any known limitations. It is not an awkward question: it is what lets us propose an activity everyone finishes wanting to repeat rather than with sore muscles and a bad memory.
They are given a real role within the team: timekeeper, strategist, photographer or referee. We frame it from the start as part of the format rather than an exception, so nobody feels sidelined.
No. Every discipline we propose is learned in the opening briefing. In sailing a professional skipper goes on each boat, and in kayaking and paddle surf we work in calm water with an instructor accompanying.
Every outdoor activity carries an agreed alternative from the quote stage. Water activities also have wind and swell criteria: if conditions are not met, the activity or the date changes as agreed.
Yes, in full: boats, paddles, buoyancy aids, helmets, bows or whatever the discipline requires. Participants only need comfortable clothing and suitable footwear, which we specify beforehand.
On the Catalan coast, at reservoirs, closed circuits and natural spaces, depending on the discipline. We propose the setting nearest your starting point so half the day is not lost travelling.
