Fairground games for events work for a simple reason: nobody needs the rules explained. You throw a ring, a frisbee or a ball, aim at a target and see straight away whether it went in. That simplicity means the six-year-old, the uncle who never dances and the shyest colleague in the office all end up queuing to try, and a mini fair in one corner of the room creates conversation, laughter and small rivalries without anyone having to organise them.
Our 13 fairground mini-games are free-standing table or board games made of varnished wood and vinyl, with the look of the classic American fair: Frisbee Toss, Ring Toss, Milk Bottle, Shuffle Puck, Star Darts, Hook a Duck, Tic Tac Quoits, Tin Alley, Froggy Racer, Ball Roll, Rock 'n' Roll, Table Quoits and Ball in the Bucket. They combine aim, skill and luck, so winning does not depend only on a steady hand and almost everyone has a chance.
Each game measures about 190 x 70 cm, weighs about 15 kg and needs roughly 2 x 2 m of space. They are 100% manual, with no electricity or sockets, so they suit a function room just as well as a garden or a covered terrace. They arrive assembled: set-up and dismantling take about 20 minutes, and transport, installation and collection are included. We travel from Barcelona to anywhere in Spain, and 80% of our events are outside Barcelona.
They need no staff to run: games last 1 to 3 minutes and guests take turns on their own. If you want more atmosphere, we can add a host, prizes and a leaderboard. For around 100 guests we recommend 4 to 6 games, and if you prefer a complete stall, our Fairground Booths are the other option: a 215 x 150 cm stand with bunting, lights and prizes, staff included, and the mini-games can go inside.

How many games to hire depends on your guests, not on the space
The most common mistake is to hire too few: with one or two games for 100 people, queues form and people tire of waiting. Since each game lasts 1 to 3 minutes, the pace is set by the number of stalls. That is why we recommend 4 to 6 games for 100 guests, so there is always one free and the mini fair stays lively throughout the event.
If you want something more complete, Fairground Booths take the idea a step further: a 215 x 150 cm stand with bunting, lights and prizes, and staff included for 3 hours per booth, with instant prizes or redeemable points. The mini-games can go inside, so you can combine both options to suit the event.

Do they need electricity?

How many games do I need for my event?
For around 100 guests we recommend 4 to 6 games. With your guest numbers and the available space, we will tell you how many fit without crowding the area.
Is staff needed to run the games?

Do you deliver outside Barcelona?
Yes. We travel from Barcelona to anywhere in Spain and 80% of our events are outside the city. Transport, set-up and collection are included.
