Before you decide
How to choose and combine event services
Booking services for an event looks like a catalogue decision and almost never is. The same inflatable that makes a company party the best one of the year stands empty at a gala dinner, and a fire show that leaves everyone speechless outdoors is simply impossible in a hotel room with a low ceiling. What decides whether something works is not the product, but how the product fits the venue and the kind of guest who will walk past it.
The first question we always ask is how many guests there are and for how long. With a hundred people and three hours, a single activity falls short: a queue forms, people get tired of waiting and within half an hour the game sits idle. With fifty people and a ninety-minute cocktail, on the other hand, three activities at once scatter the group and none of them fills up. The ratio that works for us is one participative activity per forty or fifty guests, plus a second one that sets the mood without asking anyone to queue.

Mix participation, spectacle and flavour
The events that go best combine something to play with, something to watch and something to eat or drink. With a single service family the rhythm drops halfway through the afternoon.

Ask for an itemised quote
Rental, transport, set-up and staff have to be listed separately. It is the only way to compare two offers and to know what can be trimmed without losing activity.

Agree plan B in writing
For outdoor events, settle from the start what gets set up if it rains or gets windy. Deciding it the night before always costs more and leaves fewer options.
Common questions
Can I combine services from different families?
Yes, and most clients do. A single event usually mixes games, an entertainment act and a catering station, all in one quote.
Does the price include staff?
It does. Every game or activity comes with the staff needed to run it, itemised in the quote.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes. We set up all over Spain. Transport is calculated by distance and always shown separately.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better in high season (May, June and December), but we also handle last-minute events.
