Designed for small spaces
Much of the catalogue fits through a standard door and works in a garden, on a rooftop or in a living room. We give you exact dimensions before you book so there are no shocks on the day.
Events
Private celebrations are parties organised by individuals, such as birthdays, anniversaries or farewell parties, held at home, in a venue or outdoors.
From a children's birthday with inflatables to a 40th with casino tables and live cocktails: we build the whole party and clear it away afterwards.
Children's birthdays, milestone anniversaries, communions, hen and stag parties and at-home celebrations. We bring the equipment, build it, run it during the party and take it down, so the host can be another guest at their own celebration.
A private celebration comes with three constraints a corporate event does not have: the space is small, the budget is a family budget, and the organiser is also a guest. That changes every recommendation. There is no point proposing a ten-metre structure for the garden of a terraced house, or a stage show for a living room that holds forty people standing.
So we split the catalogue clearly by age and by square metres. Children's birthdays work with inflatables, short workshops, entertainers and a sweet cart. Adult celebrations, a fortieth, a fiftieth, a retirement, work better with casino tables, live cocktails, a photo booth and an after-dinner show that runs twenty minutes rather than an hour. And for mixed parties with grandparents and children at once, giant tabletop games give the best result: both ends of the family use them without anyone feeling out of place.
We work in private homes, gardens, rooftops, rented venues, restaurants and country houses. Before confirming anything we ask the door width, whether there is a lift, whether the ground is grass or concrete, and whether the power supply takes what we are about to plug in. It sounds tedious, and it is exactly what stops us discovering on the day that the inflatable does not fit down the hallway.
There is one question worth asking before choosing anything: how long the party will last. A two-hour children's birthday cannot carry three different activities, because building, explaining and rotating eat the time and the children end up half-finishing everything. In two hours, one well-staffed main activity plus a food cart works far better. Adult celebrations are the opposite: four or five hours leave plenty of room for two or three proposals running one after another.

A sixth birthday is nothing like a fortieth. We split proposals by age bracket and tell you what genuinely works with that crowd, not what we would most like to hire out.
We build, run the activity through the party and clear away. The host never has to explain rules, referee turns or stay behind dismantling once everyone has gone.
Occasion, guests' ages, how many of you there are and where. That alone rules out half the catalogue and lets us focus on what fits.
Within 24 hours you have two or three combinations at closed prices, so you choose around your budget rather than the other way round.
Door widths, stairs, lift, ground surface and sockets. It is the boring part and it is the part that prevents problems on the day.
We arrive early, leave everything ready and tested, and dismantle at the end. The house is left exactly as we found it.
The budget for a private celebration moves on three variables almost every time: how many hours the equipment is on site, how much staffing is needed and how far we are from Barcelona. If the quote comes back high, those are the three levers we pull, and usually there is decent room to adjust without changing the main activity: drop an hour, do without a second monitor, or swap a proposal that needs a generator for one that does not.
What we do not recommend cutting is staffing when children are involved. An inflatable without a monitor is not cheaper, it is riskier, which is why we do not offer it that way. We would rather propose a smaller activity properly staffed than a large one left unattended, even if the second looks more generous when quotes are compared side by side.
Yes, it is a large part of what we do. We only need the access dimensions and to know where we can plug in. If the space is very tight we will suggest more compact alternatives before anything is confirmed.
There is no minimum guest count. There is a minimum service value, because travel and build carry a fixed cost. In practice, small parties usually combine one main activity with a food cart and the numbers work out.
A good share of the equipment is indoor or can be covered with a marquee. When the forecast is uncertain we talk a few days ahead and decide together: change the activity, add cover, or move the zone indoors.
When the activity needs them, yes, and it is stated in the quote. Inflatables and any game requiring turn control always come with our staff, for safety and because the host should not be refereeing.
Yes, we work every day of the year, including public holidays. The price does not change for weekends. The only variable is equipment availability, which is tighter on a high-season Saturday than on a Tuesday in February.
