Fairground Game Stall Hire for Events

We handle transport, set-up and dismantling of every stall, and place trained staff on each one.

• Guests play at each stall, trying to beat the challenge.
• If they win, they get a prize on the spot or collect points to redeem later.
• The difficulty is tuned so prizes are spread evenly across the event.

Players: usually 1 or 2 at a time, depending on the game; more than two is awkward, since the stall is 150 cm wide.

Length: each game is designed to take no more than 5 minutes, though it depends on the player's skill and patience. Games like the tin cans or the balloon board need resetting between players, and we plan for that so the queue at the fairground stall keeps moving.

As well as the classic stalls, each one can house one of our 13 mini fairground games: ring toss, tin can alley, hook a duck, animal races... Our team sets up each fair booth with its game, hands out the prizes and adjusts the difficulty so the queue keeps moving. We work in Barcelona, Madrid and all over Spain, indoors and outdoors.

Funfair stall hire is a versatile attraction:

All three options use the same classic games; what changes is the format and the service.

And you can mix them: staffed fairground stalls at the entrance and mini fairground games in the free-play area and, for large or outdoor spaces, 3 x 3 m fairground tents.

Setting up each mini funfair stall takes about 1 hour with 2 technicians: 30 minutes moving it from the lorry and 30 minutes assembling. At larger events extra staff can be hired to cut that down.

Mobility: the stalls are heavy and the décor is built around them staying put, so it's worth being sure where each one goes: moving them means dismantling and rebuilding, and that time is needed elsewhere.

For hires outside Barcelona, mileage, per diems, accommodation and technicians are included in the quote.

The funfair stalls are reserved with 50% paid in advance, invoiced; the 50% that's left is paid on the day of the event. Email us:

• When it's built and when the event starts (day and time).
• The exact place and the person who'll be there.
• The tax details for the invoice.

If you want them branded, let us know at least 2 weeks ahead.

Cancellation: once you book, your day is blocked exclusively and we decline any other client. That's why, if something gets complicated, the event can be moved to a different date, but not called off.
