Booking the Oktoberfest themed event
To book the Oktoberfest event, pay 50% in advance against an invoice. By email, please tell us:
- The date and time of the event.
- The exact address and a contact person.
- An estimate of guests.
- The services you want to hire: décor, games, photo booth, music, catering, among others.
- The tax details needed to invoice.
If you have to cancel for a justified reason, a refund of the amount is considered under the conditions agreed.
