360 Sky set-up and installation
We handle transport, installation and removal of the platform, indoors or under cover, in Barcelona, Madrid and anywhere in Spain:
- Planning: we coordinate the available space, set-up times, loading access and the customisation of the video content.
- Set-up: about 1 hour. Parking the van nearby and having direct access without stairs makes a big difference, because the platform is heavy. It also helps if the area is clear of obstacles at the agreed time and any carpet or rug is down before we arrive.
- Connection: a standard 220 V socket; our team makes all the connections and checks.
- Full testing before the event starts.
- Technician included: one of our technicians is essential to film, edit and deliver the videos instantly, and to check every part of the platform works. A host can optionally be hired to explain how it works and bring groups through in order; our technicians can also do this, depending on the event — a wedding isn't the same as a corporate conference.

This is how to secure the 360 Sky photo booth: you pay 50% of the total to block the day and the other 50% 3 days ahead of the date, by transfer. To formalise it and invoice, we need:
