What a magic mirror photo booth costs to hire in Barcelona, or anywhere else in Spain, depends on the hours booked, the venue, the dates and extras (technician hours, bespoke props, special decoration...). We always include set-up, a technician and unlimited photos for as long as the service runs.
Transport is free within Barcelona and, beyond the city, it is already added into the same quote. We have photo booths in Barcelona and Madrid and travel anywhere in Spain and Andorra: 80% of our installations are outside Barcelona.

Photo booth set-up and installation
Photo booth set-up in under 1 hour works like this:
- Planning: the booth arrives dismantled in 3 boxes and the technician makes at least two trips to the van, so it helps to park close by, with no stairs or narrow corridors.
- Installation: under 30 minutes, plus about 15 for decoration and 5 for testing the camera, flash and printer.
- During the event: the technician stays to guide guests (2 hours included, can be extended).
- Dismantling: we remove the equipment, leave the space in perfect condition and hand over the photos.
Booking the photo booth
Here is how to reserve the photo booth for your wedding or event: the day is blocked with 50% of the total, and you pay the remaining 50% by bank transfer on the day of the event.
To get everything ready we need the billing details for the invoice, the day and time of set-up and of the event, who the contact person will be and the exact venue.
- Lead time: you can book up to the eve of the event if the date is free, though ideally you tell us a couple of weeks ahead.
- If you cancel: the booking is forfeited. The exception is force majeure (bad weather outdoors, or the event being suspended or rescheduled): then we move the date at no charge.
