It's simple and fast:

• Guests step onto the platform while the rotating arm films around them. The technician tells them beforehand to turn with the spinner, so the video comes out better.
• The recording lasts about 10 seconds.
• The clip goes to the technician's laptop, where the software assembles it with the chosen music and, if you want, the intro and outro videos, so the final result can be as long as you like.
• It downloads instantly via the QR code shown on the support screen.

How many people: for weight reasons, no more than 4 people or 320 kg at once. Two is the sweet spot: as the camera films one, the turn brings it round to the other.

Rotation: the booth has a built-in motor and the technician adjusts the type of spin and its intensity. The full experience per group usually takes 1 to 2 minutes.

For the 360 booth we normally bring a table full of props with plenty of variety: boas, masks, silly glasses and hats.

If it's a themed party and you want every prop to match, we prepare them on request, with whatever supplement you decide to spend on them. We also bring LED lights to dress the booth area, and for weddings we can set up something more fitting with petals and flowers: just tell us in advance.

If you're expecting a lot of guests, we recommend adding stanchions with a red carpet to order the queue: a well-organised photo booth area means everyone gets a turn.

We handle transport, installation and full dismantling:

• Planning: we coordinate access, available space and position. We need the phone number of the person in charge so we can call on arrival and be shown where to install.
• Arrival: we arrive an hour before the event starts to install and get everything ready.
• Assembly: with all the parts unloaded, installation takes about 1 hour. Parking the van nearby and having direct access without stairs makes a big difference, because the platform is heavy. It also helps if the area is clear of obstacles at the agreed time and any carpet or rug is already down before we arrive.
• Connection: a standard 220 V socket.
• Testing: we install, configure and test the whole system before the start.
• Technician included: one of our technicians is always there. They're essential for editing the videos and checking every part of the platform works; they also manage access to the platform, order the groups and fix any light or booth fault on the spot. The booth is never left unattended.
• Host (optional): one can be hired alongside to explain how it works and bring groups through in order; a corporate conference doesn't need the same as a wedding.
• Dismantling: at the end of the booked hours. If you want to extend, tell the technician an hour ahead and pay by instant transfer.

Moving it: the booth is a 1-metre rotating platform wired to a computer, so relocating it means dismantling it completely and installing it again, which changes the timings and the booked hours considerably. Better to pick the right photo booth position from the start.
