1920s welcome: banknote invitations and a glass of champagne
The experience starts before guests walk in. The invitations are personalised fake banknotes printed with the company logo, and those same notes are later exchanged for chips at the casino.
At the door, hosts and hostesses in 1920s costume welcome guests, hand out feather boas and hats and walk them into the room. A Champagne Dress serves the first glass while jazz plays in the background.
- Entrance with an Art Deco arch, carpet and golden posts.
- Optional: a vintage car at the door for arrival photos.
- Banknotes in batches of 5,000 or 10,000, with vintage suitcases to hand them out.
1920s casino with period croupiers
The casino is the heart of the Gatsby event: an illegal game in the middle of Prohibition. Every table has its own professional croupier in period costume, who explains the rules and keeps the game going all night.
How many tables you need: divide the number of guests by 2 (not everyone plays at once) and the result by 7 to 10, the players per table. We recommend a minimum of 3 tables so there is always action.
- French roulette (240 × 125 cm) and double roulette (400 × 125 cm).
- Blackjack, Texas Hold'em poker and craps table.
- Horse race table and Wheel of Fortune.
At the end, whoever has the most banknotes wins the prize, handed over by the host in a short speech.

1920s themed event dress code
The dress code turns every guest into part of the décor. It is worth adding it to the invitation with a couple of ideas:
- Women: straight fringed, sequinned or feathered dresses in black, gold or red; long pearl necklaces, gloves and feather headbands.
- Men: dark suit, waistcoat or braces, bow tie, cufflinks and a fedora or boater hat.
Hostesses hand out boas and hats at the entrance for anyone who arrives without a costume.
Catering and cocktail bar for the Gatsby event
The bar takes centre stage: Martini, Old Fashioned, French 75 or Gin Fizz, the cocktails of the era, served in vintage style. To eat, classic canapés and appetisers as a cocktail reception, or a gala dinner with retro-inspired desserts.
- Decorative 5 or 6-tier glass tower for the toast.
- Gold and pearl candy bar.
- Living Champagne Chandelier or Champagne Dress to serve the glasses.

- Wedding: casino during the cocktail hour, Champagne Dress and mirror photo booth.

Space, set-up and staff for the Gatsby event
The event works in any indoor room; a bar or a room with little daylight helps the atmosphere. Each casino table takes 2 to 4 m in length plus space around it for players, and needs a socket nearby if it has lighting.
- Set-up: 2 to 4 hours depending on the amount of décor; for large formats, the day before.
- Staff included: one croupier per table (3 hours, extendable by the hour) and, if booked, 1920s hostesses for the welcome, photos and prize-giving.
- Access: we need to know about stairs, goods lifts and loading times.

1920s party for conventions, incentive trips and anniversaries
Vintage glamour
A 1920s party for conventions turns the final night of the programme into something the team talks about for months. Attendees come from a day of talks and step into a Prohibition-era speakeasy, with jazz, cocktails and gaming tables: the change of pace any long event needs.
On incentive trips with international groups, the Great Gatsby look needs no translation and shines in any hotel. For a company anniversary, celebrating with feathers, gold and Art Deco sends a message of success without saying a word. And whether you are organising in Madrid, Valencia or another city, the 1920s themed party works the same way: it adapts to the venue you have already booked.
- Convention closing dinners as a gala, to change the pace after intense days of talks.
- International incentive trips, with a theme everyone understands and that shines in any hotel.
- Company anniversary celebrations with Art Deco style, gold and jazz to convey success and tradition.
- Corporate speakeasy parties inspired by Prohibition, with period cocktails and a clandestine casino.
