In the 1950s Havana was the city of great casinos, and that is the heart of the Havana themed event. We set up a gaming room with professional tables and costumed croupiers:
- Craps table: the loudest and most fun, with simplified rules so everyone can play.
- French roulette, blackjack and Texas Hold'em poker.
Each guest receives about 15 themed banknotes, which can be customised with the event's image; no real money is played. At the end of the night, whoever has collected the most banknotes receives a gift from the host.
- One croupier per table, who explains the rules to first-time players.
- Between 3 and 15 tables depending on the number of guests.
- Costumed hostesses to hand out banknotes and liven up the tables.
Salsa, bachata and live music at the Havana event

A Cuban night is for dancing. The Salsa and Bachata Show sets the rhythm of the Havana themed event:
- 2 to 6 dancers in couples, in colourful Latin dance costumes, in 15-30 minute sets.
- Participatory mini-class at the end, to get the guests onto the dance floor.
The show only needs a smooth 4 × 4 m dance floor. For the music, we suggest live musicians with a repertoire adapted to the theme; the format and number of musicians are adjusted to the event and, if needed, we install the sound system.
And as a surprise act during dinner, the Cocktel Girl acrobatic show: two artists performing synchronised contortion on a 170 cm half sphere, with no ceiling anchors.
Mojito and daiquiri bar: cocktails at the Havana event

There is no Havana without rum cocktails. The bar at the Havana themed event is the meeting point of the night:
- Professional bartenders making mojitos, daiquiris and cocktails on the spot with fresh produce: mint, lime and crushed ice.
- Open bar with the number of bartenders matched to the guests.
The bar measures 215 × 150 × 100 cm, needs a 220 V socket and, to take it upstairs, a 150 × 100 cm goods lift. If the client wants guests to take part, the team cocktail challenge turns the bar into a team building activity. For summer heat, an artisan ice cream cart completes the package.
