It's made from a mix of milk, sugar, stabilisers and flavourings, and served in cones or tubs, often with toppings and sauces. The soft-serve ice cream cart is perfect for events, parties or weddings, and gives any celebration a real focal point.

How many ice creams the machine can make
Each ice cream takes under 30 seconds to serve, with another 20 seconds or so between customers, which works out at around 60 an hour.
When it runs out, the machine needs up to 15 minutes to freeze the mix again. Each flavour holds 25 L — about 200 medium cones — which means up to 400 cones in total over a 6-hour service. For a 2-hour service we prepare around 170 ice creams, using 1 kg of each flavour and 12 litres of milk.

Customising the ice cream tubs
The ice cream tubs can be printed with the client's design or logo. The minimum order is 1,000 units (100 ml), measuring 70 × 41 mm, quoted separately.
Preparing the ice cream mix
The staff running the cart are trained in preparing the mixes and keeping the machine working properly, so it must be our own team operating the equipment.
Filling each hopper takes 5 packs of 1 kg of a flavour and 20 litres of milk, giving 200 ice creams per flavour — 400 in total. A 2-hour service uses 1 kg of each flavour and 12 litres of milk, around 170 ice creams.
The brand used is Bomgelatti. If any guest has an intolerance, we recommend checking the brand's website before booking.

We secure your booking of the ice cream cart in exchange for a 50% advance that we invoice. To process it, we ask by email for: when it takes place: date and time; exact location and a contact person at the venue; the flavours you want; tub customisation, if you want it; and tax information to issue the invoice.
Cancellation: if a justified reason arises, we look at refunding the amount in line with what was agreed.
