Booth set-up, transport and installation
We handle the whole process so you don't have to worry about a thing:
- Advance planning: we agree the available space and access to the installation point. A slightly larger area than the booth is recommended, on a flat, stable surface, somewhere well lit.
- Power connection: all it needs is a standard 110 V / 220 V socket; we make the connection and check the system.
- Initial tests: before the event we test the camera, the printer and the touchscreen.
- No staff needed: it runs automatically, so users take their own photos throughout the event.
- Pack-down and removal, leaving the space in perfect condition.
The booth can be installed anywhere in the country — around 80% of our events take place outside Barcelona, in cities such as Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza and Vigo — and mileage is included in the quote for hires outside Barcelona.
Booking the Photo Booth Cabin
At United Events, to book the photo booth you pay 50% of the total up front; we send an invoice with all the event details and our bank account number. Please email us:

- Name and phone number of the contact on site.
- The exact address.
- The tax details for invoicing.
Once booked, the booth is yours alone that day: it is not offered to any other client.
If an outdoor event is called off because of rain, or the whole event is cancelled, we refund 100% of the booking.
