Each stall is fitted with a different game for guests to play and win prizes:

Staff for the fairground games
Staff on each stall is essential, so it's already included: the hire price covers 3 hours of staff per stall. If more time is needed, it's quoted separately.
You can also bring your own staff, but we recommend ours: they're the team used to these games and they know them inside out. If you do use outside staff, we brief them during set-up.
Stall specifications and requirements
- Players: usually 1 or 2 at a time, depending on the game; more than two is awkward, as the stall is 150 cm wide.
- Time per turn: each game is designed to take no more than 5 minutes, though it depends on the player's skill and patience. Games like the tin cans or the balloon board need resetting between players, and we plan for that so the queue keeps moving.
- Space: you also need to allow room behind the stall for its game.
- Mobility: the stall is heavy and won't be moved once built; relocating it means dismantling and rebuilding, so it's worth being sure where each one goes.

You send your artwork or we create it in a couple of days; trusted suppliers print and our team sets them up.
Everything travels in plastic film and arrives as good as new. Great for a company fair with branded prizes.
Funfair stall hire price
What it costs to rent the fairground tents depends on how many stalls you want, the event duration, the games, the staff required, the city and how the tent is customised.
The rate includes transport, delivery and assembly in Barcelona and surroundings. If the event is elsewhere, mileage, per diems, lodging and technicians are budgeted separately, and it all appears in the proposal. Ask for it with no commitment.
Stall set-up and installation
We handle the whole process, with installations in Barcelona and anywhere in Spain:
- Planning: we agree the position, access and layout of the stalls with you.
- Transport and installation: we bring all the equipment and build each stall with its game.
- Stall preparation: checking the structure, hanging the décor, setting up the game and organising the prizes.
- Specialist staff on every stall.
- Pack-down: afterwards we dismantle each stall and clear everything, leaving the space clean.
Timing: building each funfair stall takes around 30 minutes once the equipment is in place, plus another 30 to move it from the lorry: about 1 hour per stall with two technicians. If that needs cutting down, two extra crew can be booked.
Booking the funfair stall
The funfair tent booking is made in two payments: 50% to block the date and the other 50% on the day of the event. You need to send us:

- Starting day and time.
- Name and phone of whoever receives us.
- Exact event address.
- How many stalls and which games you want.
- Tax details, if you need an invoice.
