The night starts like a musical premiere. At the door, the Living Red Carpet: a performer whose dress becomes a 10-metre red carpet for guests to walk in on. There is a basic version, one with an opera singer and one with a violinist.
- Hostesses handing out boas, fans, white scarves and hats.

The hostesses, in period costume, then stay on to liven things up and pose for photos with guests. For the toast, a Living Champagne Chandelier serves the glasses while hanging from a crystal chandelier.

The shows are the backdrop of the night and are scheduled as short sets between courses:
- Burlesque with 3 or 4 performers: 3 sets of one song each, with a costume change every time.
- Cabaret and Moulin Rouge style: feathers, sequins and musical-theatre choreography.
- Isis wings: two performers, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Drag queen or showman: 3 sets of 20 minutes.
For the arrival or the finale, stilt walkers in show costumes make a 10 to 15 minute entrance that can be seen from anywhere in the room.
