What it costs to rent the Candy Bar depends on the number of guests, the products picked, the customisation, the duration, the place and the decoration you contract.
Transport: there's no charge in Barcelona. You can rent the cart with or without transport; the price varies by the hour, the distance from Barcelona and the trips required. To give you an exact figure we need to know the event day or days, when the service starts and ends and when it's dismantled.
We tend to operate between Barcelona and Madrid, though we reach anywhere in Spain. If you contract several services or games for the same event, transport weighs considerably less in the total.
Candy Bar set-up and installation
We handle everything to guarantee a flawless display:
- Planning: we agree the styling, colours and product selection with you, and pick a spot with room and good visibility.
- Transport: we bring the décor, stands and chosen products.
- Installation: we position the cart or tables, the cloths and the themed details, and arrange the sweets in jars, bowls, trays and containers attractively and evenly, labelling each group so guests know what they're taking. We add scoops, tongs, bags or boxes so they can take sweets away.
- Set-up time: 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Optional supervision: we can restock and maintain the display during the event.
- Dismantling: we clear everything away at the end.

Booking the Candy Bar
To pencil in the Candy Bar, start by writing to us by email, phone or WhatsApp: we see whether there's a slot and give you the price. With the quote accepted, 50% is paid to fix the reservation and the other 50% on the eve of the service (if that falls on a holiday, the previous working day, so the payment arrives in time). Get us:
- Day and time the cart is set up.
- Day and time the event begins.
- Name and mobile of whoever will receive us.
- The event's precise address.
- Tax information for invoicing.
Timing: if you brand it, count on 2 working weeks at the least. Unbranded, it can be requested up to 2 days before, but that's not advisable: the cart is probably already rented. The usual lead is 1 or 2 months.
If you cancel or change: the booking blocks that day for you alone. We only reimburse for force majeure outside the client's control; however, you can move the event to another date without losing what you've paid.
Delivery conditions without a waiter

If you hire the cart without a waiter, we take a deposit, refunded after collection provided that:
- The unit is in full working order with no cosmetic damage.
- The cart is returned as clean as it was handed over at the start of the event.
Any damage or lack of cleanliness means a proportional deduction from the deposit on the unstaffed cart hire.
