Venetian welcome: red carpet, champagne and human tables
The entrance sets the tone for the gala. Guests arrive along a Living Red Carpet, a red carpet up to 10 metres long that is part of the model's dress and covers the whole arrival (around 60 minutes).
Inside, the baroque marchionesses in Champagne Dresses offer the first glass and the Venetian Human Tables serve the appetisers, for roughly an hour.
- Masks and props for every guest on arrival.
- Harlequin entertainer who welcomes and livens up guests for 3 hours.
- Living Champagne Chandelier as an aerial alternative for serving the glasses.
Venetian themed event shows: baroque dance and waltz
The Venetian Dance Show is the highlight: dancers in baroque costume and masks, in a line-up of 3, 4 or 5 performers, for about 1 hour split into 3 or 4 sets.
- Waltz workshop: 30 minutes for guests to learn the dance, with low-lying smoke on the floor.
- Venetian-style jugglers: 4 sets of 15 minutes among the guests.
- Stilt walkers and living statues that add height and movement to the room.
- Laser show: 3 sets of 3 songs to kick off the party after dinner.
- Glitter face painting: 2 hours of sparkling make-up to match the masks.

Venetian casino and carnival game stalls
So guests don't just watch, the Venetian event is rounded off with games. We have 9 Venetian game stalls, customisable and run by hostesses, who can wear themed costumes:
- Balloon dartboard and ring toss stall.
- Frog stall and tin can stall.
- Hook-a-duck.
If the client wants a more grown-up gala night, we can set up a Venetian casino with professional croupiers: French roulette, Blackjack or poker, with chips that have no value and a final prize. To work out the tables, divide the guests by 2 and the result by 7 to 10 players per table; we recommend a minimum of 3 tables.
Venetian themed event décor
The décor plays with masks, gold, silver and lilac. This is the package we propose for a gala room, adjustable to the real space:
- Masks: a main one of 150 × 50 cm, 4 medium ones of 100 × 40 cm and small masks spread around the room.
- Entrance: 2 totems and a giant 2D mask of 100 × 200 cm.
- Room: 4 vertical totems, 4 golden lamps, 4 silver curtains and lilac drapes.
- Dance floor: starry floor, floor balloons and LED helium balloons.
- Waltz photocall of 300 × 200 cm, fully customised.
- Props for guests: masks and boas.

Venetian themed event dress code
The mask takes centre stage; the rest depends on how formal the client wants the gala to be. It is worth stating it in the invitation:
- Women: long evening gown in gold, silver, burgundy or lilac; a fan and a feather or lace mask.
- Men: tuxedo or dark suit, with a gold or silver mask; optional cape.
- Period option: full baroque costume for those who want to go further.
Hostesses hand out masks and boas at the entrance to anyone who arrives without them.
Catering and bar for the Venetian event
The usual format is a cocktail reception, a banquet dinner and an open bar afterwards. We don't replace the caterer: we turn it into a show.
- Venetian Human Tables serving appetisers during the cocktail hour.
- Champagne Dress or Living Champagne Chandelier for the toast.
- Cocktail service for the open bar, with drinks matching the colour palette.
How to adapt the Venetian event to each client
- Company Christmas dinner: champagne welcome, dance show in sets between courses and game stalls.
- Corporate gala or anniversary: red carpet, full décor, waltz and casino with a final prize.
- Carnival party: masks, jugglers, glitter face painting and laser show.
- Wedding: Champagne Dress at the cocktail hour, waltz workshop and photo booth.
- Brand activation: custom photocall and stalls with the client's branding.
Space, set-up and staff for the Venetian event
The event works in indoor rooms; the red carpet can go outside at the entrance. You need to allow clear height for the stilt walkers, a free dance floor for the waltz and a space where the performers can change.
- Set-up: 2 to 4 hours depending on the amount of décor; for large formats, the day before. Around Christmas dinner season, set-up and pack-down times are best agreed early.
- Staff: performers, stall hostesses and croupiers if there is a casino.
- Power: the laser show and photo booths need a socket nearby.
Around 80% of our events take place outside Barcelona: Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza or Vigo.
Masquerade ball for company carnival parties, weddings and New Year
Mystery and elegance
A masquerade ball for companies has a curious effect: behind the mask, even the shyest colleague dares to dance the waltz. In February, a company carnival party with a Venetian look replaces improvised fancy dress with something far more elegant, without losing the fun of anonymity that makes carnival so special.
At baroque-inspired weddings, the Venetian theme brings a champagne welcome, masks for guests and a waltz that opens the dance floor in style. For a New Year’s Eve party in a hotel or palace, gold and lilac match the most glittering night of the calendar. And at a Venetian gala for incentive groups, guests live a carnival night without travelling to Italy.
- Company carnival parties with masks for everyone, game stalls and a baroque dance show.
- Baroque-inspired wedding celebrations with a champagne welcome, masks for guests and a waltz to open the floor.
- New Year’s Eve galas in hotels or palaces, with gold and lilac décor and a masked ball.
- Incentive trip gala nights that bring the Venice carnival to any hotel ballroom.
