Surfing for everyone at the Beach and Surf themed event

Surfing is the heart of the Beach and Surf themed event, and nobody needs to know how to surf or have waves.
- Surf simulator: moving platform with a screen and ocean scenes; rides of about 3 minutes.
- Mechanical surfboard: inside a 5-metre inflatable that cushions falls, with adjustable difficulty.
With a leaderboard, the mechanical surfboard becomes the competition of the day: a technician adjusts the speed for each rider. If the event is on the coast, you can move from dry surfing to real water:
- Paddle surf: group beginner session near the shore, with one qualified instructor for every 8 people; within 5 or 10 minutes almost everyone stands up.
- Kayak: guided 3 to 5 km route along the coast, with stops for a swim.
Sea activities run from May to October and depend on wind and waves, so a plan B is always arranged.
Water inflatables and water games

Water is what turns the Beach and Surf themed event into a real summer day.
- Water inflatables: giant slides and slip-and-slides with a water connection, for children and adults.
- Pool inflatables: obstacle courses and seesaws that make the most of the hotel or estate pool.
- Slip-and-slides: palm tree, wave, double or shark, for team races to see who slides furthest.
- Dunk tank: a volunteer (ideally the boss) sits over a water tank and drops in when someone hits the target.
One important detail: pool inflatables are not placed in the sea, as they would depend on the waves; on the beach, slip-and-slides are set up on the sand. Large water inflatables need an area of about 7 × 10 metres.

Between waves, the Beach and Surf themed event fills up with quick games that hook the whole group.
- Teqball: football and table tennis on a curved table, for 2 to 4 players.
- Beer pong: two teams landing balls in the other side's cups; you decide what goes in them.
- Giant games: boards up to 5 × 5 metres where the guests are the pieces.
- Sports inflatables: gladiator, bungee run or sumo challenges to finish with laughs.
With a shared scoreboard and teams in coloured T-shirts, the day becomes a summer league with a prize-giving at the end.

The dress code is beachwear: comfortable and ready to get wet.

- Artisan ice cream: cart with 7 flavours, served in a cone or tub; about 4 litres an hour.
- Slushies: more than 30 flavours, about 50 cups an hour per machine; place them in the shade.

For lunch, a barbecue, paella or informal finger food work well, with water always at hand.

The Hawaiian themed event focuses on hula dancing, fire and tropical décor; here surfing and water games lead.
Does it have to be on the beach?
No: the simulator, the mechanical board and the water inflatables can be set up in any garden, field or pool. Only paddle surf and kayak need the sea.
What if it is windy or the sea is rough?
Sea activities are swapped for kayak, another date or more games on land.
Can you do it outside Barcelona?
Yes, we set up anywhere in Spain.
Booking the Beach and Surf themed event
Here is how the Beach and Surf event booking works: it is confirmed once 50% is paid in advance by invoice.
We need to receive by email what you would like to add to the plan, such as attractions, inflatables, sea activities, catering, your tax details for issuing the invoice, the planned time and date, the precise details of the venue and a contact on site and a rough calculation of guests.
When a cancellation comes down to justified causes, we review reimbursing the sum under the agreed terms.
