What is Milk Bottle Knockdown: the classic American fairground bottle game
How many bottles can you topple with a single ball?
Milk Bottle Knockdown (Derriba las Botellas in Spanish) is a bottle knockdown game inspired by the traditional American fairground games. A long table, a wooden ball and a challenge everyone understands at once.
- Fairground table: a red and white striped lane, with the wooden bottles at the far end and a "Mini-Skittles" sign on the board.
- Competitive and lively: ideal for challenging colleagues, friends or family.
- One player per turn: everyone else cheers and watches.
- Easy to grasp: there is no need to explain it twice.
We deliver it to Barcelona and all over Spain: we take care of transport, set-up and collection.

How to play Milk Bottle Knockdown
The rules fit in a single sentence, which is why it works so well at any event:
- The player stands at the end of the table, facing the red and white striped lane.
- They roll the wooden ball down the lane towards the bottles at the far end.
- They count how many bottles have been knocked down.
- The turn passes to the next player.
How to win: whoever knocks down the most bottles wins. Games last between one and three minutes, so the queue moves quickly.
Tip for the organiser: write the scores on a visible leaderboard and give a prize to the best player at the end of the event. You will see people come back to beat their own score.

Milk Bottle Knockdown for corporate events, weddings and parties
It is a game anyone of any age can understand, and it hooks you from the first throw. That is why it fits so many formats:
- Games for company parties in Barcelona and across Spain: team dinners, team building and corporate events where colleagues compete in a friendly way.
- Fairground game hire for weddings: it entertains guests during the cocktail hour or between courses, and looks lovely with its vintage style.
- Fairground games for family days: parents and children compete at the same table.
- Mini fairs for communions, end-of-term parties, street festivals and local fiestas: games of 1 to 3 minutes and a queue that never clogs up.
It also works very well at fairground stalls run by town councils and schools, and in promotional activations. It needs no staff, although you can add a host or hostess to liven up the game and keep the leaderboard.
Milk Bottle Knockdown customised with your brand
We adapt the graphics of the game, the header and the board, to your brand image. You can send us your artwork or we can design it in a couple of days. To customise it we need around 2 weeks' notice.
If you want to reward the winners, soft toys or your company's merchandise can be handed out, either on the spot or as points to redeem at the end.
Idea for your activation: set up a brand challenge with your logo on the table header and a leaderboard of the day. Whoever knocks down the most bottles takes home a gift from your brand, and every guest passes through your stand.
Build your mini fair: combine Milk Bottle Knockdown with other games
Milk Bottle Knockdown can be hired on its own or as a set with other games from our Mini Fairground Games collection. They come without staff, already assembled and ready to play.
Want something more complete? Our Fairground Stalls are a full stand with staff, decoration and prizes. Mini games are hired separately; the stall comes fully taken care of.
To contrast the power of the ball, we recommend:
- Star Darts (Fairground Dartboard), for finer aim.
- Ball Roll (Skill Maze), to test skill and patience.
- Hook a Duck (Duck Fishing), a very visual game for the little ones.
Recommended set: for 100 guests, between 4 and 6 games. That way there is always a free stand and queues don't build up.
