What is the corporate photo booth
The corporate photo booth is a compact photo cabinet designed for companies and 100 % customised. It goes beyond putting your logo on the photo: the whole cabinet is wrapped in your brand, on the front, sides, back and top. On your stand or at your event people do not see "a photo booth", they see your brand.
Guests take their photo on the touch screen and leave with a printed strip carrying your logo, plus a digital copy to share. It is a corporate event activity that does two jobs at once: it entertains and it advertises.

Every session prints a 4 × 6" sheet that is cut in half: two identical 2 × 6" strips, one for the visitor and one for whoever is with them. Each strip can hold 1, 2, 3 or 4 photos, and you can also print a full 4 × 6" postcard with one large photo or four.

Corporate photo booth dimensions for the wrap design
The cabinet is 60 cm wide, 161 cm tall and 45 cm deep, in three stacked modules:
- Top, 65 cm: light, camera and a 38 cm wide screen.
- Middle, 40 cm: the best spot for a large logo.
- Bottom, 56 cm: where the printed photos come out.
The top two modules are 25 cm deep and the bottom one sticks out 20 cm further at the back. Unwrapped, the cabinet is black. The vinyl is removable, so the cabinet is left clean after the event. If your agency prepares the artwork, we send them the template with every face and its cut-outs.

Corporate photo booth hire price
The corporate photo booth price varies with the length of hire, the venue, the dates and the wrap design. Delivery, installation, removal and fitting your logo into the design are always included. Describe your event and we will build you a tailored quote.
Booking the photo booth
This is how it works if you want to reserve the photo booth for a wedding or event:
- To block the day you pay 50% of the total; the other 50% is wired on the day of the event.
- You give us: invoice tax details, set-up and start day and time, a contact person and the exact venue.
Lead time: we accept bookings up to the eve if there is a free slot, though ideally you tell us a couple of weeks ahead.
Cancellations: if you cancel, the booking is forfeited. The exception is force majeure (bad weather outdoors, or the event suspended or rescheduled): then we shift the day at no charge.
