Step by step
- Send us your message on WhatsApp. A voice note or an audio file with the greeting your guests will hear when they pick up, something like "Hi! Thanks for coming: leave us your message after the beep".
- We prepare it. We convert the audio to MP3, adjust the volume and load it onto the phone as the welcome message.
- We charge the phone. Before the event we charge it for at least 1 hour with the USB cable, so it lasts the whole celebration.
- Your guests record. They pick up, hear your greeting and leave their message after the beep. Each message is saved as a separate MP3.
- We send you every message. After the event you receive all your guests' recordings, ready to listen to and keep.

When connected by USB, the phone shows up as a drive with five folders:
