You will know from the outset what you are paying: the cost of renting LED tables and chairs changes with the units you want, the length of the event and where it takes place.
Set-up and delivery are included when the event is within 30 km of Barcelona. Further out, a per-kilometre surcharge applies (round trip), and when the journey exceeds 3 hours, a hotel night and meal allowances for the installation crew are added too. Ask for your tailored quote, with no obligation.
Booking the LED tables and chairs
This is how you close the LED furniture reservation: you pay 50% of the event on confirming and the other 50% on the day of the celebration. Simply tell us:
- Set-up day and time.
- Day and time your event starts.
- A contact person there and their phone.
- The exact location.
- Tax details, if you need an invoice.
If you need to call it off: we return 100% of the booking when the whole event is suspended for reasons of force majeure. In other cases, the 50% paid stays as credit towards a future event with any United Events product. If the cancellation arrives on the day itself, with the gear already loaded and on its way, the booking is not refunded. Where a hotel had already been reserved (events more than 3 h from Barcelona), the accommodation and any unrecoverable costs are invoiced. What you can do is swap to a different product for the same event at no cost, unless a graphic design has already been customised.
