You can hire the skateboard simulator with three screen set-ups. With the large cabinet or the small cabinet, the screen sits in a cabinet that we wrap in printed vinyl with your branding. With no cabinet, the screen stands on a TV stand and we do not brand it, although you can dress the space however you like.
In the 3D designer you choose the large or the small cabinet and see your design on it straight away, before you ask for a quote.

Skate simulator set-up and installation
VR simulator set-up takes between 30 and 60 minutes in good conditions:
- Parking: a spot nearby for loading and unloading helps; our vans are 240 cm tall and usually can't get into underground car parks.
- Access: a route with no stairs or obstacles to the set-up point.
- Testing: before the event we check the goggles, handsets, screen and positioning stations.
- Dismantling: when it's over, we take everything away and leave the space in perfect condition.
Booking the VR skate simulator
The skate simulator is booked in two payments: 50% as a deposit, with an invoice, and the remaining 50% at the latest on the day of the event.
To close the booking we need the day and time of set-up and start, the on-site contact's name and phone number, the exact address and your billing details.
If a cancellation is justified, we assess a refund according to what was agreed.
