We only ask for enough time to create and adapt the artwork. You explain what you need and send us your designs; if you don't have them, we prepare them in a couple of days. Trusted suppliers handle the printing and our team adapts each piece to the simulator.

The amount for hiring the driving simulator is set by how long the event lasts, the place and any services you add. For events outside Barcelona, the journey is part of the quote. Share your idea with no commitment and we will turn it into a tailored proposal.
Driving simulator set-up and installation
We handle delivery, installation, assistance and collection, anywhere in the country:
- Planning: we agree the space and access with you.
- Simulator set-up in 30-45 minutes per unit.
- Testing: before the event we make sure everything works.
- Assistance: a host for 3 hours is included; it can be extended.
- Dismantling: when it's over, we take everything away and leave the space in perfect condition.
Booking the driving simulator
Your driving simulator booking is confirmed once you pay 50% of the event total up front, against an official invoice that sets out the agreed details and our bank account number. Before that, please email us:

- Day and time the event starts.
- Full name and phone number of the on-site contact.
- The exact address.
- Billing details to issue the invoice.
If you cancel for force majeure (rain at an outdoor event or justified unforeseen circumstances) and give enough warning, we give back 100% of your advance payment.
