What our DJ service for events is
A DJ for events sets the pace of the night: picks the music for each moment, reads the dance floor and keeps it full. Our DJ prepares a set tailored to your audience and the theme of the event.
- Tailored set: chart hits, remember, Latin, 60s, 80s or 90s, Ibiza…
- The right music for each moment: relaxed drinks, background dinner music and dancing at the end.
- Sound and lighting matched to the venue size and the number of guests.
How the DJ set works
Before the event we talk to you about the audience, the theme and the key moments. With that, the DJ prepares the set and a list of must-play and do-not-play songs.
On the day, the DJ arrives in time to set up the booth, test the sound and adjust the volume to the venue. During the party the DJ reads the floor and changes style when needed.

DJ for afterworks, launches and themed parties in hotels
A DJ for afterwork events and openings does not work the same way as at a wedding. Here the music supports conversation, sets the mood as people arrive and gradually lifts the energy when the event calls for it. Our DJ reads the room and adjusts the style live, so the sound adds to the evening and never gets in the way.
- Company afterworks: background music at first and a more danceable set later, once the team has loosened up.
- Openings and presentations: the DJ can introduce the key moments and set the pace of the event.
- Themed parties in hotels: Ibiza White Party, the eighties or sixties hippie, with music as the common thread.
- Coffee Rave: at morning events, with a specialty coffee bar, the DJ turns breakfast into a party.
We play on a Numark Mixstream Pro Go with two 15 inch active speakers, and expand the sound for large spaces. We only need a booth of about 2 x 1 m and power sockets nearby. It pairs with karaoke or silent disco to round off the night. A DJ for themed parties that gives every corporate event the live music it needs.
Why hire a DJ for your event?
- The dance floor fills up: a DJ adapts the music live to what works with your crowd.
- Event pacing: introduces key moments such as the entrance, the toast or the first dance.
- A complete theme: music reinforces any themed party, from Ibiza to the 80s.
- One supplier: pair it with karaoke, silent disco, dance machines or a disco ball.
The kit: Numark controller and 15-inch speakers
Our DJ plays on a Numark Mixstream Pro Go, a standalone controller with a touchscreen, battery and streaming, through two 15-inch, 1,600 W active speakers on stands. For large spaces the sound is scaled to the number of guests.
A morning event? Add a specialty coffee bar and the DJ becomes a Coffee Rave.
What size of room? Each speaker delivers about 126 dB peak at 1 m. Together, the sound carries strongly to about 12-15 m: indoors they cover a dance party in rooms of up to about 250-300 m² (around 150-200 people) and background music, as at a Coffee Rave, in spaces of up to about 400 m² (around 300 people). Outdoors the sound fades sooner: around 100-150 people. For larger spaces we add speakers or a subwoofer.
Which events a DJ is ideal for
- Company parties and dinners, Christmas dinners and New Year's Eve.
- Weddings and private celebrations.
- Themed parties: Ibiza White Party, 80s, Hippie 60s or Song Contest.
- Afterworks, openings and hotel parties.
Hire a DJ for company dinners, weddings and Christmas parties
Packed dance floor
When you hire a DJ for events in Barcelona or any other city, you are not just buying music: you want someone who understands your crowd and knows when to lift the energy. A good DJ for a company dinner turns a pleasant evening into a night people talk about on Monday. Music shapes the memory.
For a wedding DJ, the key is coordinating every moment with the other suppliers and reading several generations at once. At a company Christmas party, on the other hand, the aim is to get the whole team onto the dance floor. We provide sound and lighting equipment suited to the venue.
