The game does not take long to install; 15 minutes is enough, although you also need to allow for the time it takes to get from our truck to the place where you want to put the board.

For the target game you do not need to hire staff. Once it is installed we offer 24/7 support to answer any questions by phone, or if the event venue is in Barcelona we can also attend in person if necessary.

Brand staff are not necessary although they are recommended to guide guests in using the game and then steer them, after the prize, towards our interests regarding the product or corporate brand.

Time needed to book the number board hire

To book we need a 50% deposit in advance; we advise requesting it early so the date can be blocked.

If the board needs to be customised, a minimum of 2 weeks is needed for the customisation.

To block the date for the number board, 50% of the final price of the product is needed, and it will then be reserved.

To make this booking we need an invoice that includes all the event details together with the bank account number; for this we need you to send us the following details by e-mail:

• Number board set-up time/day
• Event start time/day
• Name of the contact for when we arrive at the event venue
• Phone number of the contact for when we arrive at the event venue
• Exact event location

Tax details so we can invoice the client

We use the deposit to block this date for you and not for another company, so unless the reason is beyond the control of the event organisation, the deposit would be lost.

100% of the deposit will be refunded if the whole event is cancelled.

The price of the number board will depend on the number of days it is hired for, not on the number of hours.

It will also depend on whether the number board is customised.

If the fair is in Barcelona or the surrounding area, transport is free; for greater distances we charge a per-kilometre supplement.
