What Scalextric for events is and how it works
Scalextric hire for events brings an electric slot car track where players race at full speed. Precision, reflexes and competition in a classic attraction.
- Each player controls a car with a throttle controller.
- The aim is to complete laps without flying off the track.
- Races can be run freely, as a championship or as quick challenges.
Scalextric on trade fair and conference stands to draw visitors
At a trade fair, Scalextric for stands does one job very well: it draws people in and creates the right mood for business conversations. While they race, potential clients relax and become more approachable, and the sales team uses those minutes to get to know them. Almost everyone had one as a child, so nobody needs an explanation.
- Quick races: short challenges of a few laps let many visitors take part.
- Leaderboard of the day: a championship for the best lap encourages people to come back and beat their time.
- Attendant included: they run the activity while your team looks after visitors.
- Perfect for the motor sector: car dealerships, motor shows and mobility brands.
The circuit is set up indoors or in covered outdoor areas on a stable surface, and we leave it ready with controllers, connections and cars checked. We bring the slot car track for trade fairs to venues in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and across Spain, so your conference stand gets the visitors you want and the perfect excuse to start a conversation.
What the Scalextric hire includes

Scalextric hire in Barcelona for car dealerships and birthdays
Racing in miniature
Scalextric hire in Barcelona fits anywhere people are keen to compete without needing much space. At car dealerships and motor shows it is the perfect add-on so visitors can share the passion for racing while they wait, and the grown-ups get just as competitive as the children.
At children's birthday parties and communions, a track with a supervisor runs heats and a podium so every child takes part. In offices and at company dinners, a team race breaks the routine and brings out the healthiest competitive spirit. It is also a great excuse to gather clients at a product presentation. We bring it to Madrid and anywhere in Spain.
- Dealerships and motor shows: Scalextric for open days and new model launches.
- Children's birthday parties: a slot car track with a supervisor, timed heats and a final podium.
- Offices and company dinners: a race between departments that breaks the working routine.
- Motor fairs: a car circuit on the stand to attract fans of every age.

Slot car track customised for your event
With 2 or 4-lane tracks up to 7.5 metres long, the slot car track customised with your logo takes your brand round every bend: scale advertising boards along the track, a start and finish line with your name and the lap timer screen in your colours.
Boards and signs are printed in PVC or vinyl, just like a real grand prix; we also prepare a table skirt and a prize podium. If you'd like cars in your livery, we'll plan it. You send your artwork or we create it in a couple of days; trusted suppliers print and our team fits it.
Everything travels in plastic film and arrives as good as new. Perfect for a corporate slot car championship or a motor show.
Scalextric hire price

Scalextric set-up and installation
We handle slot car track delivery and set-up:
- Planning: we agree the best position with you.
- Installation: we set up the track, cars and control system.
- Start-up: we check the controllers, connections and cars.
- Assistance: you can add a host during the event.
- Dismantling: afterwards, we take everything away and leave the space clean.
Booking the Scalextric
To set the track aside, reserve your Scalextric with 50% of the total. Along with the payment, tell us when the event is and at what time, where it is held, who will meet us there and the tax details for issuing the invoice. That way the track is guaranteed on that date. If you had to cancel for justified reasons, we check the terms and assess whether a refund applies.
