The price of renting the claw machine is calculated per day, not per hour, and varies with the number of machines, branding and whether we supply the prizes ourselves. In and around Barcelona, transport, delivery and installation are covered; nearly all our set-ups are elsewhere, for example Madrid, and then travel is added to the quote. Claw machine set-up in 15 minutes, plus moving it in from the truck:
- Access: direct with no stairs, as it's heavy and we move it on a trolley.
- Coordination: we need the phone number of the person who will show us where to put it, the exact address and a time slot for installation.
- Set-up: we adjust the difficulty, prizes and exterior branding.
- Dismantling: afterwards we remove the equipment and leave the space in perfect condition.
Booking the claw machine
The claw machine booking is made with 50% of the final price, and the date is then no longer available to others. To issue the invoice we need the set-up and start date and time, the name and phone number of whoever receives us, the exact place and the tax details.
Lead time: the earlier the better; if you want the machine branded, 2 weeks, and if we also take care of the prizes, more than a month.
Cancellation: since booking blocks the date in your name, there is no refund unless the cause is outside the organiser's control. We reimburse 100% if it rains and the machine was going outdoors, or if the event is cancelled in full.
