Transport and set-up across Spain
Transport, delivery and installation are free within Barcelona and the surrounding area. For hires outside Barcelona, mileage is already included in the quote.
Around 80% of our events are set up outside Barcelona, in cities such as Zaragoza, Vigo, Seville, Valencia and Madrid. The machine needs nothing more than a standard socket and a stable surface.
Booking the Drop Stick
Is your event just around the corner? You can still book the Drop Stick a day ahead, depending on availability, although the earlier the better. To confirm it, 50% is paid in advance by invoice and the following is sent by email:
- the time and day of set-up;
- the time and day the event begins;
- the name and phone number of the on-site contact;
- the exact address;
- the tax details for the invoice.
With the booking, the product is yours alone: nobody else is offered that date.
Cancellation: we refund 100% of the booking if it rains at an outdoor event, or if you cancel the whole thing.
