Built for the crowd
We calculate how many people each activity handles per hour and propose the number of stations needed to keep waiting times short, even at peak times.
Events
Large-scale events are the ones open to the general public: festivals, sports competitions and shopping centre campaigns, where nobody knows exactly how many people will come and everything has to keep up.
Festivals, sports events and shopping centres: game zones, rides and entertainment ready to welcome hundreds of people at once.
At United Events we set up leisure areas for large-scale events: festivals, sports events and campaigns in shopping centres. Games, rides, simulators and entertainment with our own equipment, our own staff and the capacity to serve hundreds of people in a single day.
An event open to the public is organised very differently from a private one. At a company party you know how many guests there will be and when they arrive. At a festival, a popular race or a weekend in a shopping centre you do not: attendance rises and falls, there are unexpected peaks and people come and go. So what matters here is not only which activity you choose, but how many people it can handle every hour without endless queues.
We choose activities with that rhythm in mind. For a festival we propose entertainment areas and fan zones that work between concerts, with quick games and rides that anyone understands at a glance. At a sports event we look for what connects with the sport: simulators, skill and reflex games, scored challenges and sponsor activations. In a shopping centre, activities that attract families, make visits longer and can run for days or weeks.
Large-scale events also demand more on the technical side. We work outdoors and indoors, with equipment suitable for squares, grass, tarmac or shopping malls, ballast and anchoring for each surface, and clear wind and rain criteria. We prepare the paperwork that organisers, venues and authorities ask for: insurance, certificates and technical sheets with weights and power consumption.
And since there are usually brands behind these events, everything can be customised: vinyls, prizes, screens and games with the sponsor's image, so the activity also becomes a visibility tool and a way to collect leads.

Above you have the three types of large-scale event we work with, and below all the proposals together. If you already know what kind of event you are organising, go into its page to see only what makes sense for that format. If you are still planning it, tell us the dates, the venue and the expected audience and we will prepare a complete proposal.
