Themed Set Design

Immersive Events

Generic props show; set design built for your story doesn't

Structures, props and lighting designed specifically for the event's theme, instead of generic catalogue pieces already seen at ten other parties.

Renting generic props is fast, but it shows: the same gold column or balloon arch turns up in photos from completely different events. Designing the set from scratch for the specific theme takes longer to prepare, but the result looks like nothing the guest has seen before.

We work with our own prop and structure workshop, which lets us fit every piece to the real dimensions of the space and the event's exact colour palette, instead of adapting the event to whatever's in a rental catalogue.

Structures designed for the real space

Exact measurements of the venue, not standard pieces that are too big or too small.

Props built for the specific theme

Unique pieces made in our own workshop, not rented from a catalogue other events use too.

Lighting built into the design

Light is planned together with the structure, not added afterward as a patch.

How we set it up

  1. Tell us the theme and the space

Narrative idea, real measurements and available budget.

  2. We propose the set design

Sketches and materials before starting the workshop build.

  3. We build and install with margin

Props are built in the workshop and installed on site with testing time before the event.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a custom set take to build?

Two to four weeks depending on complexity, from sketch to final install.

Can the set be reused for another event?

Yes, if requested it can be designed with reuse in mind, with minor adjustments between events.

What materials are used?

It depends on the design; lightweight materials for temporary structures are combined with finishes that look like premium materials.

Can we see the design before it's built?

Yes, sketches and renders are presented before construction starts, so the design is approved with room for changes.
