Themed Events

Immersive Events

Theming isn't putting up the right-coloured balloons: it's building a world from the entrance

Full set design, in-character actors and dedicated lighting built from scratch so the event has its own world, not a normal room with decorations on top.

There's a big difference between a themed event (a photocall and some props) and a truly themed event: in the second, the set design changes the whole space, actors stay in character all night, and the lighting is designed for that specific story, not reused from another event.

We work from the script: what story the space tells, what route the guest follows, when each surprise element appears. The set is built to measure for the real space, not adapted from a generic kit.

  • Customset design built from scratch
  • 24 hquote turnaround
  • In-characteractors who stay in role all night
  • 100%own equipment and staff

Set design that transforms the whole space

Not one-off decorations: structure, lighting and props transform the room top to bottom.

Actors who never break character

Full costume and character maintained through the whole event, not a five-minute cameo.

A narrative route, not a static room

Guests move through distinct zones that tell a story, instead of staying at one decorated spot.

How we set it up

  1. Tell us the space and the idea

Real dimensions, the event's goal and the story you want to tell.

  2. We propose the script and set design

Route, characters and surprise moments designed for that specific space.

  3. We build with enough margin

The set is built and installed with plenty of time to test before the event.

Formats and ideas that work

  • Full set design built from scratch for the space
  • In-character actors who stay in role all night

Frequently asked questions

How long does a custom set design take?

Two to four weeks depending on complexity, from script to final build.

Do the actors improvise or follow a script?

They work from a base script with controlled improvisation, adjusted to the guest profile.

Can any kind of space be themed?

Yes, it adapts to an industrial warehouse just as well as a hotel ballroom; the design changes based on what the real space allows.

What if the event runs longer than planned?

Actors and set design are built to hold up all night, with margin included in the initial quote.
