Aerial dance with balloons for town festivals and outdoor events
A packed square or an outdoor festival is the ideal setting for aerial dance with balloons. The dancer rises suspended from a cluster of helium balloons and floats above the audience for around twenty minutes, in time with the music.
- Performance area: you need to reserve a 20 × 20 metre zone, ideally in an open space.
- Technical area: a 10 × 10 metre preparation zone, fenced and supervised, for inflation and flight preparation.
- Power and technical needs: a 16 amp, 220 V supply and a sound and lighting rider.
- Balloon release finale: the closing release is the moment that stays in people's memories and photos.
For a town council, it is a show for town festivals that brings whole families together and gives the programme something out of the ordinary. The company has more than twenty years of experience with this show, and the team arrives early to prepare the flight area. As it depends on conditions on the day, it is worth planning with some margin. We bring the helium balloon show to outdoor festivals in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and across Spain.

Helium balloon show for weddings, trade fairs and shopping centres
Floating poetry
Some shows get applause and others get remembered, and hiring an aerial dance act in Barcelona with helium balloons belongs to the second group. At outdoor weddings, the image of the dancer floating above the guests brings a moment of emotion that matches the tone of the day and leaves photographs people talk about for years.
At trade fairs and exhibition grounds with an outdoor area, the act draws the public towards a specific point and helps bring shared spaces to life. Shopping centres programme it for anniversaries or special campaigns, and at town festivals it becomes the most photographed act on the programme. We review the space and logistics with you before confirming the date.
- Outdoor weddings: a dancer floating above the guests for the most emotional moment of the celebration.
- Trade fairs and exhibition grounds: an aerial show that gathers visitors in the outdoor area and livens up shared spaces.
- Shopping centre anniversaries: a poetic show that draws visitors and gets shared on social media.
- Town and popular festivals: the most photographed act on the programme, visible to everyone in the square.

Acrobatic balloons price
Aerial helium balloon dance has no standard rate: the price of the acrobatic balloons is made up of the number of passes, whether you want the balloons personalised with your logo, the event location and the technical rider needed. Ask for your quote, no commitment.
Set-up and hire across Spain
The acrobatic balloons can be booked anywhere in the country: around 80% of our events take place outside Barcelona, in cities such as Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza and Vigo.
The crew arrives in advance to inflate the balloon cluster and prepare the flight area, fenced and supervised. Logo printing needs to be requested weeks ahead.
Booking the acrobatic balloons
If you want to book the acrobatic balloons, the first step is to pay 50% in advance by invoice. Then email us the date and time of the event and of the planned passes, the exact address with a contact, the measurements of the available space and the logos if you will personalise the balloons, and the tax details.
Bear in mind that the act depends on the wind: if the weather or a justified reason forces a cancellation, a refund is considered under the agreed conditions.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Helium Balloon Aerial Dance and how does it work?
It is an aerial dance show in which a dancer hangs from a cluster of helium balloons and floats above the audience, synchronising her movements with the soundtrack. It lasts about twenty minutes and ends with the performer coming down to interact with guests and three people from the audience releasing the balloons.
What space does the Helium Balloon Aerial Dance need?
It needs an open-air space, or an indoor venue with a very high ceiling, with a 20 x 20 metre performance area. We also set up a fenced and supervised technical preparation zone of 10 x 10 metres. Our team arrives early to inflate the balloon cluster and prepare the area.
Does the Helium Balloon Aerial Dance need electricity and sound?
Yes, the Helium Balloon Aerial Dance needs a 16 A power supply at 220 V and a technical sound and lighting rider, because the dancer floats in sync with the soundtrack. We go over the space and the logistics with you before the date is confirmed.
Can the balloons be customised with my company logo?
