Set-up and hire across Spain
Undercover waiter actors can be booked anywhere in the country: around 80% of our events take place outside Barcelona, in cities such as Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza and Vigo.
There's no set-up: the actors arrive early, coordinate with the venue's team so they pass as event staff, and wait for the agreed moment to start the first scene.
Booking the undercover waiter act
At United Events, the booking of the undercover waiters is confirmed once we receive 50% in advance, which we invoice. By email, we ask for: day and time of the celebration; exact location and a contact person at the venue; the scene or theme, if you want it personalised; and billing details for the invoice.
On cancelling: a justified cause lets us consider a refund, in line with the terms set.
