What the Company Olympics are
One of the best-known large-format team building events in the corporate world: several teams compete through a run of physical and skill challenges — relays, precision games, puzzle tasks.
Teams accumulate points across the whole day until a winner is crowned.
How the Company Olympics work
Here's how Corporate Olympics Team Building works, step by step:
- A circuit of 6 to 10 different challenges is designed around the space and the group size.
- Each team rotates through every station across the day.
- A dedicated host runs and scores each challenge.
- The medal and trophy ceremony closes the event.

Corporate Olympics in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia: venue and season
Great corporate Olympics start with choosing the right place and date. As the circuit is set up in stations, with one area per challenge, you need a large, clear space, ideally outdoors. The season matters too: weather and daylight shape how a sports day with the whole workforce feels.
- Spring and early summer: the most pleasant time for a long day outdoors.
- Estates, parks and sports centres: venues with separate areas for each station on the circuit.
- Hotels with gardens: perfect for combining the games with a convention or a lunch.
- Start of the season: a sporty kick-off to begin the year full of energy.
We bring the equipment for every challenge and adapt the circuit of 6 to 10 events to the space and number of participants. That way the format works just as well in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia or any other city. We help you find the ideal fit so your sports team building is a perfect day and your team games end with a big medal ceremony.

Company sports day: team games for the whole workforce
Let the games begin
A well-designed company sports day is not about who runs fastest, but about how each team makes the most of everyone's strengths. With a variety of challenges, these sports games for companies give the strategist as much of a role as the sprinter, and the scoreboard keeps the excitement going until the medal ceremony.
As sports team building for companies, it fits annual conventions with a free afternoon or outdoor summer days. It can also become a sporty company family day, with some challenges adapted so families can join in. Tell us about the space available and how many of you there are, and we will design a custom circuit.
- Conventions with free afternoons: team Olympics that energise the group after work sessions.
- Corporate summer days: outdoor sports games with a circuit of stations and dedicated staff.
- Company family days: adapted challenges so children and families can join the competition.
- Bonding across offices: mixed teams from different branches competing for the final trophy.

Frequently asked questions
What do the Company Olympics involve?
They are a sports team building activity in which several teams compete across a circuit of 6 to 10 physical and skill-based challenges, earning points throughout the day. There is one instructor per challenge, and the event ends with a presentation of medals and trophies.
How many people can take part in the Company Olympics, and is it physically demanding?
Between 30 and 500 people can take part, in teams of 6 to 12. The physical effort is moderate and the format is very inclusive: it rewards participation and a range of skills, not just strength, so it suits workforces with very different profiles.
What space and set-up do the Company Olympics need?
They need a large, clear area, preferably outdoors, with a separate space for each challenge. We bring the equipment for all the challenges and set up the circuit in about 2 hours; take-down takes 1.5 hours. The client only provides power sockets if there are electric games.
Can the Company Olympics be customised with our brand?
Yes, we can organise teams by country, a podium and stands with the company's branding. The Company Olympics can also open with a ceremony and torch and close with a medal presentation, and they last from 3 hours to a full day.
