What a pinball machine for events is
Pinball hire for events brings one of the most iconic arcade games of all time: the player launches a metal ball onto a sloped table and tries to keep it in play as long as possible using two flippers.
During the game the ball bounces between lights, obstacles and moving targets, racking up points along the way. Every table has its own themed design plus visual and sound effects that make the experience fast and highly addictive.
As well as being a retro icon, it combines nostalgia, skill and fun for all ages, and remains one of the most popular machines at corporate events, trade fairs, conferences and themed parties.
How pinball works
Playing is simple, though mastering it takes quick reflexes:
- Launch: press the start button (in free play) and fire the metal ball with the side plunger.
- Reflexes: the ball travels the table bouncing off obstacles, ramps and lit targets; the flippers keep it alive and the points keep coming.
- Scoring: the more targets hit and the longer the ball stays in play, the higher the score. Some tables unlock special effects, multiball modes and themed combos.
- End of game: it's over when all the balls are lost — and there's always another go.
You can run pinball tournaments between guests with leaderboards and a final prize.

Pinball hire in Barcelona for company parties and conferences
Flippers and nostalgia
Pinball hire in Barcelona is a simple way to create a corner with personality at your event. At a company party or afterwork, the machine brings together colleagues who barely cross paths at the office and gets them competing for the high score. The sound of the flippers works like a magnet, and nobody needs to be told how to play.
At conferences and conventions, a pinball machine in the chill-out area gives delegates a break between sessions and keeps them close to your brand for longer. Themed tables fit perfectly with film, series and video game launches, and they are the ideal finishing touch for an eighties party. We bring pinball to Barcelona, Madrid and any city in Spain; get in touch and we will suggest the right model.
- Conference break areas: a pinball machine by the coffee station turns breaks into quick games and conversation.
- Premieres and video game launches: a themed table that connects with gamers and looks great on social media.
- Eighties and retro parties: pinball completes the décor and tempts anyone who remembers those arcades to play.
- Afterworks and team dinners: an impromptu pinball leaderboard for company parties that breaks the ice straight away.

Pinball customised with your brand
Lights, sounds and a ball that never stops: pinball appeals to several generations at once. The custom pinball machine for events carries your brand on the sides, front and around the backbox of its 190 cm cabinet, while the playfield and glass stay untouched.
We apply printed vinyl and, to reinforce the area, a PVC backdrop or high-score sign. The size is agreed according to your design. You send your artwork or we prepare it in a couple of days; trusted suppliers print and our team carefully fits each vinyl.
Protected in plastic film, it arrives as if fresh from the arcade. Perfect for a corporate retro gaming zone or an 80s party.
Pinball hire price
To work out the pinball rental price we look at how long the event lasts, where it is, how many units you take, corporate branding, extra technical staff and complementary services.
We reach every corner of the country. 80% of our events take place outside Barcelona, in places like Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza or Vigo, and the final quote already covers mileage and travel. Tell us about your event by email or phone.
Pinball set-up and installation
We handle pinball machine delivery and installation, in Barcelona and across Spain:

- Installation and configuration of the machine in free-play mode.

- Day and time of the build.
- Day and time the event kicks off.
- A contact at the venue, with their phone number.
