What Giant Hungry Hippos is
It's the classic Hungry Hippos game at giant scale, except this time you are the hippo. On a nine-metre inflatable surface, each player is held by an elastic harness that pulls them back just as they get closest to the middle.
Whoever gets the most balls back to their base wins, exactly as in the board game everyone grew up with.
How a round works
Each player takes a corner of the inflatable surface and clips into the harness. The balls are piled in the middle. On the signal, everyone sets off at once.
The catch is the bungee: the closer you get to the pile, the harder it pulls you back. Only one ball per trip, so you have to return to base and set off again. A round lasts two or three minutes and the balls are counted at the end.

Set-up and installation across Spain
Our team arrives by lorry and moves the inflatable on a trolley, so it matters that there are no stairs or obstacles between the vehicle and the spot where it goes.
Inflation takes about 15 minutes and needs a standard 220 V socket within 30 metres of where it will be used. With positioning and anchoring, full set-up is around 30 minutes, and the same again to take down.
The ground can be grass, paving or other surfaces; tell us in advance which it will be, because the inflatable is anchored down and the fixing system changes accordingly. It cannot be installed on sand. We install throughout Spain: around 80% of our events take place outside Barcelona.
