What the Córdoba football table is
The Córdoba football table, also called the Catalan model, is the Spanish classic: a solid wood cabinet, metal players and a playfield of nearly a metre and a half. You play by turning the rods the figures sit on to strike the ball towards the other goal.
It's the format people recognise without explanation, which is why it works as well at a company party as at a trade fair or in a congress break area.

Table football for break areas at conferences, fairs and conventions
At a conference or trade fair, breaks matter as much as the talks. Table football for conferences turns the break area into a meeting point where delegates relax, get to know each other and keep talking business between games. It is the classic Spanish model everyone recognises, so nobody needs instructions to start playing.
- Informal networking: two against two is the perfect excuse to meet other professionals.
- No power or staff: it goes in any corner, you play and that is it.
- Short games: they fit into coffee breaks without delaying the return to the room.
- Conference tournament: a doubles knockout bracket running across the days of the event.
You only need to allow the table's footprint with one metre of clear space on each side and step-level or lift access, as the table cannot be carried up stairs. Transport and set-up are included. We provide table football hire for events at venues in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and across Spain, so your break area is the liveliest spot of the event.
Dimensions and space required
The cabinet measures 166 × 140 × 94 cm and the playfield 1,397 × 780 mm.
Leave one clear metre on each side so players can move, making the space to reserve around 366 × 340 cm.
It needs no power and no staff: set it down, play, done.
Córdoba Foosball Table
Why hire a football table for your event?
- Nobody needs instructions: the classic Spanish football table is familiar to everyone.
- No power, no staff, so it fits into any corner of the event.
- People stay put: one game runs into the next.
- It takes competition in pairs, with a knockout bracket.
How it's played
The game starts by serving the ball into the centre of the pitch, or placing it by hand at the feet of a central figure. First to the agreed number of goals wins, usually five, ten or eleven.
When the ball leaves the table or stops out of reach of the figures it's a dead ball and is served again. The rule always worth stating: you can't spin the rods full circle with your palm — strike, don't spin.
What events it fits
It works where the point is to keep people around, and needing no power it can go in any corner:
- Break areas at congresses and trade fairs
- Afterworks and company parties
- Weddings and private celebrations
- Shopping centres and brand activations
- Camps and youth events
For a competition, it takes a knockout bracket in pairs with no fuss.
Foosball tournament for companies, Christmas parties and trade stands
Team goals
Few activities bring a team together like some friendly rivalry, and foosball table hire in Barcelona achieves it with no preparation. Running a foosball tournament for companies is a simple way to mix departments: at the table, the intern and the director play on equal terms.
At company Christmas dinners it gets conversation going before and after the toast, and in offices and coworking spaces it helps launch a new break area or liven up a special week. At trade fairs, a foosball table for exhibition stands draws visitors who stay long enough to talk to your sales team. Ask us for a quote for one or several tables.
- Internal company tournaments: a doubles knockout bracket between departments, with a final and a trophy presentation.
- Corporate Christmas dinners: quick matches that liven up the drinks reception and after-dinner part of the evening.
- Offices and coworking spaces: a leisure area for special days, office openings or workplace wellbeing weeks.
- Trade fair stands: an attraction that keeps visitors next to your brand and makes conversations easier.

Córdoba table football customised with your brand
Solid wood, metal players and a pitch of almost a metre and a half: the Córdoba, or Catalan, table football is the one everyone recognises. The Catalan table football customised for events carries your logo on the sides and ends of the cabinet.
We apply high-resistance vinyl, made for knocks and hours of matches, or PVC plates fixed without damaging the wood. For more, we look at players in your colours or a backdrop with your image behind the play area. You send your artwork or we create it in a couple of days; trusted suppliers print and our team fits it.
It travels in plastic film and arrives ready for the first goal. Ideal for chill-out areas with table football at conferences.
Add an electronic scoreboard to your Córdoba foosball table
Want everyone to see who is winning? We can place our LED electronic scoreboard next to the Córdoba foosball table: a display on a wheeled stand, with the home team's goals in blue and the guest team's in red.
- Ideal for stands and trade fairs: the score can be seen from the aisle and draws in more players.
- Perfect for tournaments: the supervisor keeps count and nobody argues about the result.
- No hassle: we set it up together with the foosball table and it only needs a socket.
It is ordered as an extra to the foosball table. See the electronic scoreboard for events.
Football table hire price
The Cordoba foosball table hire is priced on three details: where the event takes place, how many days you book and how many tables you want. Add several arcade machines to the same event and volume discounts apply. Write to us and we will prepare a personalised quote, no commitment.
Set-up and hire across Spain
The football table can be booked anywhere in the country: around 80% of our events take place outside Barcelona, in cities such as Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza and Vigo.
The table weighs around 150 kg, so it cannot be carried up stairs: step-free access or a goods lift is needed. Transport and set-up are included in the quote.
Booking the football table
To get the Cordoba foosball table reserved, 50% is paid up front, by invoice. Then email us the date and time for set-up and for the event, the exact address and an on-site contact (we need to verify that access has no stairs), how many tables you need and whether you want them personalised, and the tax details for billing.
If you must cancel for a justified reason, we will look at refunding the amount as agreed.
