How the ball pit works
It's simple and works for everyone:

Ball pit set-up and installation
We handle transport, installation and dismantling, in Barcelona and across Spain:
- Planning: we agree the available space and the event's needs with you.
- Transport: we bring the surround and the sacks of balls.
- Assembly: the structure goes up in under 5 minutes and we then fill it from the two sacks, around 2,500 balls.
- Check: we test the stability before the activity opens.
- Optional supervision: an entertainer can be added, especially with children.
- Dismantling: collecting all the balls takes a little longer, about 15 minutes using scoops.
Booking the ball pit
The ball pit hire is secured with an advance payment of 50% and the following information:
- Day and hour for set-up and for the celebration.
- Someone who'll receive us.
- The exact address.
- Invoicing details.
Timing: you can book up to the day before, since it's not what's asked for most, although the safest course is a couple of weeks ahead. If you'd like us to install it in a restaurant, check with the venue first.
