Exclusive Private Events

Exclusive private events

At an exclusive event, what shows is what you cannot see

We deliver high-end private events: professional casino tables, signature cocktail bars, live performance and luxury set pieces, with a discreet crew, silent build and absolute confidentiality.

An exclusive event is defined not by budget but by margin for error. At a party of two hundred a slip goes unnoticed; at a private dinner for thirty where everyone knows each other, a waiter out of tone or a piece of equipment that hums is spotted immediately. So at these events we work with fewer elements executed better, and with staff selected for judgement and discretion rather than headcount.

The pieces that work best are the ones with presence that do not take centre stage. Casino tables with professional croupiers, a signature cocktail bar, a performance that begins without announcement while guests are eating, a champagne dress moving through the room. They generate conversation and photographs without needing a stage, a PA system or a change in the event's rhythm.

The operational side matters just as much. Advance build without interference, staff uniformed to match the house tone, silent removal, and confidentiality about who is hosting and who is attending. We work regularly with private individuals, family offices and companies celebrating in private venues, and that discretion is as much part of the service as the equipment.

At these events the advance coordination matters more than the catalogue. Before the date we agree exact timings in writing: what time we arrive, through which access, when each service opens and when we begin to withdraw. If there is catering, personal assistants or private security, we speak to them directly. The fewer people who have to ask a question during the evening, the better the event runs.

  • 30-300guests per event

  • 0noise during build

Presence without taking centre stage

A casino, a signature cocktail bar or a performance that begins unannounced generate conversation without a stage and without interrupting dinner.

A selected crew, not a large one

Staff chosen for judgement and discretion, uniformed to the house tone. At an event for thirty, who serves matters as much as what is served.

Invisible build

We arrive early, build in silence and remove without the event noticing. No crates stacked in a corner, no crew crossing the room carrying equipment.

How we set it up

  1. An opening conversation

Type of celebration, guest count, venue, tone and the level of discretion required.

  2. A closed proposal

Specific pieces, assigned staff, build timings and a final price, with no extras appearing afterwards.

  3. A site visit

When the event justifies it we visit beforehand to measure, check access and plan the build in detail.

  4. Discreet delivery

Advance build, service during the event and silent removal at the end, leaving the space exactly as it was.

Formats and ideas that work

  • Private casino with professional croupiers and personalised chips
  • Signature cocktail bar with a live bartender
  • Champagne dress and living cupcakes welcoming guests
  • Close-up magic working the tables during dinner
  • Red carpet and an event photographer on arrival
  • A short aerial performance to close the evening
  • Dinner with undercover actor-waiters who break character midway
  • Guided tasting with a sommelier and pairing in an intimate format

How an event like this ends

Withdrawal is the most neglected part and the most remembered when it goes wrong. At a private event you cannot start dismantling while guests remain, cross the room carrying crates, or make noise in a courtyard at three in the morning. We plan the exit with the same care as the arrival: what comes out first, through which route, and at what moment it can be done without anyone noticing.

Where the venue is a home or a private estate, we also record the condition in which it is returned. It is a small formality that avoids uncomfortable conversations days later and that, in our experience, owners appreciate more than any extra touch added during the party.

Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee confidentiality?

Yes, and it is part of the service. We do not publish images or name clients from private events without express authorisation. If you need a signed confidentiality agreement, we will sign one.

Do you work in private homes?

Yes, frequently. We need access dimensions and to know the space in advance. When the event justifies it we make a prior visit so the build is planned rather than improvised on the day.

Is there a minimum guest count?

No, though there is a minimum service value because travel and build carry fixed costs. For small groups it usually pays to concentrate the budget on one or two quality pieces rather than spreading it thin.

Is the staff uniformed?

Yes, and we match the uniform to the event's tone. If you have a specific dress preference or the venue has a code, we adapt at no extra cost.

Do you work unusual hours?

Yes. Overnight builds, events that finish in daylight, or services that run longer than planned. We agree it in the quote with the corresponding margin, so extending on the night is a decision rather than an awkward negotiation at four in the morning.
