The party favors are dead (long live the casino): the new way to celebrate the company Christmas dinner
Every year the same question lands on HR desks: how do we make sure the Christmas dinner isn't "just another dinner"? The classic cotillion, with its paper hats and streamers, is starting to feel small for teams looking for something different, memorable, and photogenic enough to actually work on social media. That's where the themed casino comes in. A roulette or blackjack table breaks the ice instantly: it mixes departments that don't normally share a table, brings out nervous smiles when someone wins a hand, and creates the kind of spontaneous photos and videos that end up on the company's Instagram without anyone even asking. In this post we'll walk you through which casino tables work best depending on the type of corporate dinner you're planning, and how to combine them for a truly complete night.
