What corporate event massage is and how it works
The massages for company events we offer are chair massages: the participant sits fully clothed, rests their face and chest on the chair, and the therapist works the neck, shoulders, upper back and arms for ten or fifteen minutes.
No oils or creams are used, so nobody goes back to the meeting with a stained shirt or smelling of a spa. Nor does anyone have to undress, which removes at a stroke the awkwardness that puts many people off a massage at work.
We set up an area with one or several chairs, screened off from the rest of the event. People come through in turns, by list or in order of arrival, whichever you prefer. It's the activity with the highest turnover: one therapist sees around four people an hour.

Massages for employees at Christmas, year-end and busy campaigns
Some weeks push the team to the limit: quarter-end closings, Christmas campaigns or launches with tight deadlines. Offering massages for employees at exactly those moments is a gesture people notice straight away and appreciate more than many gifts.
- Christmas gift: a day of massages at the office as an end-of-year treat, with no paperwork or deliveries.
- Project wrap-up: after weeks of pressure, ten or fifteen minutes of massage helps people switch off.
- Long campaigns: for customer service or logistics teams, it can be repeated over several days.
- No need to stop work: as it runs in shifts, each person takes their turn in the chair and returns to their desk.
The ergonomic chair massage is done fully clothed and without oils, so nobody needs to change or goes back smelling of cream. We only need around 4 m² per chair in a quiet corner, with no electricity, and we set up the area in about 30 minutes. We send you a rota to share beforehand. We bring this workplace wellbeing to offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and across Spain as a gift for your staff.
Massage service requirements
To set up a massage area at your event we need:
- Space: around 4 m² per chair, in a sheltered corner. A small room, a free office or a corner of the foyer all work.
- Setting: as quiet as possible. Absolute silence isn't essential, but constant through traffic should be avoided.
- Power: not needed. If you want background music, we bring a battery speaker.
- Nothing else: the chairs, towels, disposable covers and screens are ours.
Working out how many therapists you need is simple: each sees about four people an hour in fifteen-minute sessions, or six in ten-minute ones.
Why book massages for your company event
Booking corporate massages is the most direct way for people to feel the event was planned for them rather than for the photos.
It works well in formats where not everyone can stop at once: being turn-based, the activity runs alongside the rest of the programme without blocking the agenda. At a trade fair, for instance, it lets stand staff rotate without closing the desk.
And it has a less obvious advantage: it's one of the few wellbeing activities almost nobody turns down. Where a yoga class can end up half full, the massage list always fills.
What kind of events massages suit
The massage service for corporate events fits especially well at:
- Trade fairs and congresses, as a rest area for stand staff or for visitors.
- Wellbeing days, alongside yoga, ice baths and a healthy breakfast.
- Long conventions, as a service available all afternoon.
- Occupational health weeks, with massage days at the office itself.
- Brand activations, where the massage works as a draw at the stand.
It's also a good way to close after physical activity: half an hour after a running club or a kayaking outing, the massage area never stops.
Chair massage for trade fairs, stands and office massage days
Express relaxation
Chair massage for trade fair stands is one of the most appreciated ways to draw visitors in and look after your own sales team after hours on their feet. If you need a massage therapist for events, we set up the whole area and you simply decide who goes in and when.
Inside the company, office massages for employees are a gesture people notice straight away, and they fit well into health weeks or after a particularly tough quarter end. At conferences and conventions, a massage area next to the coffee point quickly becomes the busiest spot in the venue. Ask for a quote with your expected numbers.
- Professional trade fair stands: express massage as a hook to collect leads and extend each visit.
- Intense quarter-end weeks: office massages to thank the team for their effort.
- Conferences and conventions: a massage area by the coffee point for delegates and speakers.
- Wellbeing brand activations: branded massages that link your name to a positive experience.

Corporate massage price
The price of massages for corporate events comes from the number of therapists and the hours of service, with a usual minimum of three hours.
It is not set by total attendance but by how many people you want to see and in how much time. With 100 people and four hours available, you need four or five therapists; spreading the service over two days, two are enough.
Included are qualified therapists, chairs, towels, disposable covers and screens. Charged separately are travel outside Barcelona and branding the equipment with your company's image.
Setting up the massage area
Setting up a massage area at an event takes about 30 minutes.
We assemble the chairs, orient them so that whoever is being massaged isn't facing the crowd, and close the space off with screens. We prepare the table with clean towels, disposable covers and hand sanitiser, and leave the turn sheet in view.
The face-rest covers are changed between one person and the next, without exception. Taking down takes 20 minutes and the space is left exactly as it was.
Booking the massage service
If you want to book massages for your company event, we need to know:
- Day and full time window of the service.
- How many people you want us to treat, to work out the therapists.
- How long the massage lasts per person: 10 or 15 minutes.
- Where it will take place and what the corner is like where we would set up the area.
The booking requires 50% in advance. We send you a blank shift sheet to hand out before the event: if everyone arrives with an assigned time, the service gets through far more than if people are seen in order of arrival.
Frequently asked questions
How do massages at corporate events work?
They are seated massages on an ergonomic chair, over clothing: the participant sits down, rests their face and chest, and a qualified masseur works the neck, shoulders, upper back and arms for 10 or 15 minutes. We use no oils, so nobody returns to work with stained clothes.
What space and electricity does the massage area need?
The massage area needs about 4 m² per chair, in a sheltered, quiet corner. It needs no electricity: if you want background music, we bring a battery-powered speaker. We supply ergonomic chairs, screens, towels and disposable covers, and set up in about 30 minutes.
How many people can one masseur treat at an event?
One masseur treats about 4 people an hour in 15-minute sessions, or about 6 if the sessions last 10 minutes. To work out how many masseurs you need, think about how many people you want to pass through the chair and over how many hours. Our team organises the turns.
What kinds of events suit corporate massages?
Chair massages suit trade fairs and conferences, stands, wellbeing days and quarter-end celebrations. At a fair, for example, stand staff can take turns without closing the information point. We bring the whole set-up to Barcelona and anywhere in Spain.
Can the massages be personalised with our brand's logo?
Yes, the massage service can carry your brand's logo on the screens, towels and covers. It is a subtle way to link your company to a positive experience, especially on fair stands. We also use a fresh face cover for every person.
