Event games by family

Seven families of games to set up the entertainment area of any event

At United Events we organise our event games catalogue into seven families: casino tables, bar games, arcade machines, simulators, video games, giant games and inflatables. Each one suits a different kind of event, and all of them include transport, set-up and collection.

Choosing games for an event often starts the wrong way: someone remembers a game from another party and it gets booked on its own, without thinking about the audience or the space. Grouping the catalogue by family changes the question. It is no longer "which game do we book?" but "what kind of atmosphere do we want?": relaxed competition around a table, quick rounds standing up with a drink in hand, digital experiences that impress, or physical activities outdoors.

Casino tables and bar games work indoors, in little space and for adult guests: they spark conversation and last all night. Arcade machines and video games bring the retro arcade feel, with short rounds that never block the machine for long. Simulators are the experience family: virtual reality, driving or snow sports that everyone wants to try once, and they work especially well at trade fairs and brand activations.

Giant games and inflatables are the large-format family. They need more space, often outdoors, and are designed for many people at once: town festivals, family days, music festivals or sports events. Inflatables include water, land, sports and pool models, so they work for a summer party just as well as for a company tournament.

Inside each family you will find every game we have available, with photos, dimensions and features. If you are not sure where to start, tell us the type of event, the number of guests and the space, and we will suggest the combination of families that fits best.

Choose by family, not by single game

Each family matches an atmosphere: table and conversation, quick rounds, digital experience or physical activity. Choosing the family first avoids games that do not suit the audience.

Mix families to suit the event

A company dinner calls for casino or bar games; a family day for inflatables and giant games; a trade fair for simulators or arcade machines. Most events combine two or three families.

United Events takes care of it all

Transport, set-up, dismantling and, when the game needs it, our own staff: croupiers, instructors or technicians. All you have to do is enjoy the event.

How we choose the games for your event

  1. You tell us about the event

Type of event, date, number of guests, available space and whether it is indoors or outdoors.

  2. We suggest families

We recommend two or three families that suit the audience and the space, with the specific games in each one.

  3. We finalise the selection

We adjust the number of games, staff and timings until the proposal is closed.

  4. We set up and collect

We arrive before the event, leave everything running and collect it at the end, so you do not have to move a thing.

Combinations that work

  • Casino tables with croupiers after a gala dinner
  • Bar games in the after-office area of a company party
  • Virtual reality simulators to draw visitors to a trade fair stand
  • Retro arcade machines and video games for an 80s themed party
  • Water inflatables and giant games for a summer family day
  • Sports inflatables for an inter-department tournament
  • Giant games in the square for a town festival
  • Sports simulators and arcade machines for a brand activation in a shopping centre

One supplier for every family of games

Working with one supplier per type of game means coordinating several set-ups, schedules and crews on the same day. With United Events every family leaves the same warehouse, with the same set-up crew and a single point of contact, so mixing casino, inflatables and simulators at the same event adds no complexity.

We have been setting up event games for companies, town councils, trade fairs and private celebrations in Barcelona and across Spain for more than fifteen years. If you would rather see every game together, without grouping by family, the full list is in all event games.

Frequently asked questions

Can I book games from several families for the same event?

Yes, and it is the most common choice. Combining two or three families spreads guests out and keeps the games area busy throughout the event. We set everything up with a single crew.

Which family of games works best indoors?

Casino tables, bar games, arcade machines, video games and simulators work indoors in little space. Giant games and inflatables need more room and often outdoor space, although some models can be set up in sports halls or warehouses.

Do the games include staff?

It depends on the game. Casino tables come with a croupier, simulators and some inflatables come with an instructor for safety, and bar games or arcade machines usually run on their own. The proposal states what each one includes.

Do you set up outside Barcelona?

Yes. We work throughout Catalonia and the rest of Spain; transport and set-up are calculated according to the event location.

Can the games be branded with our logo?

Many of them can: vinyl wraps on arcade machines and giant games, casino table cloths, or welcome screens on simulators and video games. Ask us about the specific games you are interested in.
