Shows what cannot be seen
The inside of a machine, an industrial process or a full-scale installation. For a technical visitor that is worth more than any brochure or corporate video.
Trade Fairs, Congresses & Conferences
A trade exhibition is a show where companies from one sector present their products and services on stands, aimed at clients, distributors and the press.
Simulators, virtual reality and demonstrations for trade exhibitions where something complex has to be explained fast.
We equip stands at trade exhibitions with simulators, virtual reality, interactive demonstrations and specialist staff, designed for a visitor who knows the sector and is not impressed by a brochure.
A trade exhibition differs from a consumer fair in something fundamental: the visitor knows what they are talking about. They come to compare suppliers, see technical developments and solve a specific need. With that profile, classic entertainment does little, and what does work is showing the product in a way they cannot see day to day.
That is where simulation makes more sense than in any other context. A technical visitor immediately grasps the value of seeing the inside of a machine in virtual reality, trying a process on a simulator or handling a working model. It is not entertainment: it is a way of explaining something complex in three minutes that would otherwise require a factory visit.
The second key element is staff. At a trade exhibition, whoever attends has to be able to sustain a technical conversation or refer quickly. We provide the activity staff, who manage the demonstration, the queue and the pace, and work alongside your technical team, who answer the specifics.
And the third is measurement. At this kind of show, two hundred poor contacts are worth less than twenty good ones. So the capture mechanics we propose build in filters: a question about sector, role or specific need, which separates who merits commercial follow-up from who was just passing.

We manage the demonstration and the pace; your technician answers the specifics. The combination stops qualified visitors being lost for want of an answer.
A question about sector, role or need inside the registration separates who merits follow-up from who was passing by.
Product, process or service, and which part is hardest to convey with conventional material.
Virtual reality, simulator, interactive model or guided demonstration, based on square metres and dwell time.
Technical content, equipment livery and a full test before the show opens.
Staff on the stand throughout opening hours, with logging of demonstrations and qualified contacts.
At a trade exhibition the visitor's time is the scarce resource. They arrive with a list of stands to see and a tight schedule, so anything demanding more than three or four minutes competes directly with a visit to the competitor next door. Designing for that limit is not a constraint: it is what makes the demonstration get completed rather than abandoned halfway.
What does need preparing is what happens after those three minutes. A visitor who has become interested should be able to move immediately into a conversation with someone from your team, without waiting or coming back later. That handover, obvious as it sounds, is where most of the opportunities the demonstration opened get lost.
Yes, on existing virtual reality and simulation bases that we adapt with your content. We need source material, drawings, video, 3D models if you have them, and three to four weeks.
Twenty to thirty an hour if it runs three minutes, including changeover. At busy shows it is worth building two stations so you do not lose visitors unwilling to wait.
We provide the activity staff, who run the demonstration and the queue. The technical side is covered by your team; it is the formula that works best because each does what they know.
Especially. The more technical the audience, the more they value seeing something they do not normally see, and the less effect generic consumer-fair entertainment has.
With one or two questions inside the registration: sector, role or specific need. We hand over the database separated so your sales team can prioritise without reviewing four hundred records.
