Designer FAQ
Which parts of the machine can be customised?
On the claw machine and the LED prize claw, everything: header, front, sides, back, the panel behind the prizes and the frame (corner posts, frames, top and base). PNG images can go on the glass. On the gumball machines, everything except the globe.
Can I put a slogan or my logo on the globe of the gumball machine?
Yes, in cut vinyl, but not from the designer: every globe is different and we need to look at it. Write to us and we will tell you how it would look. Ask us for a quote
What do I get when I download my design?
A watermarked preview as an image or PDF, to share with your team. We prepare the full-size print files from your design.
What format should my logo be in?
PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. An SVG or a large PNG with a transparent background is best: the designer warns you if an image is too low-resolution for the panel size. If you only have it as AI or PDF, email it to us with your design.
Can I change the design after sending it?
Yes. We check it before printing and tell you if anything needs changing. Your work stays saved in this browser, so you can send it again.
How far ahead do I need to send it?
We need the design two weeks before the event to print and fit the wraps.
